Nintendo NFC Reader/Writer Accessory - Nintendo 3DS

it came relatively fast and it works great! you cant even tel it was used, there is like two marks but its no real big deal. the price wasnt too bad considering it was used and the shipper was great too!

didnt expect the instruction is in japanese. However it works fine with my boy nintendo 3DS. Dont have any problem with it, just plug in and play

It works well, as is easy to use. Im stilled pissed off from finding out that the 2DS didnt have the reader built-in like the 3DS.

My only issue with the device is that it has to be directly in front of the signal point on the 3DS in order to connect, so if youre saving amiibo data, make sure neither your 3DS nor the device moves.

Unfortunately it is not needed with the newer 3DS XL, which is what I bought it to go with. Probably my fault for not researching more. But cant hold that against the product. It works as advertised with our older 3DS devices that have Bluetooth capabilities.

I was a bit concerned by the reviews stating that they’d received faulty or used packages, but mine came brand new in the box and works beautifully.

The product arrived on time. It took my daughter about 30 seconds to hook it up and start using it. She loved it.

I have not used this Nintendo NFC reader, but have it as a Nintendo collection item for my future game room.

There were a lot of questions about compatibility I had to do a lot of googling about before pulling the trigger. If someone had taken the more common questions and added the answers to the description this would have been a no-brainer. If you plan on keep your older xDS hardware around and use amiibos then you need this. Luckily the NEW 3DSes and the soon to be released NEW 2DS have this function built in.
