> 24 hourA return to form of the traditional competitive Mario Party board game. No more sharing dice rolls. There are some team modes for those who like the past few games in the series. Joycons required to play due to some mini-games having precise motion controls and focus on 3d rumble. Better with large Joycon Grip attachment (not included) . Seeing joycons are small, if you have large man-hands, best to get a grip accessory attachment for more comfortable play. Major quality of life changes this time around. No rotation/button mashing- Does not destroy controller , joysticks. Mini-games more focused on timing, positioning, memorization, and teamwork. Playable preview/ instructions are on the same screen. Just hold trigger buttons when ready, no need to transition to another screen Game has tons of unlocks: stickers, mini-games and characters Game Modes: 1. River Survival: Go down river as a team of 4 (non player characters filled in by AI) to get best time at the end Way better than rolling a dice and going around the board in the same car. Winning team mini-games and collecting items as you go down adds time to your clock Control raft my moving left and right. 2 paddlers each side. Communication needed for best results If play with AI players, cooperation depends on difficulty selected. Higher difficulty, AI most likely horse around or stand around and do nothing. Lower difficulty theyre more capable 2. Mario Party Traditional Mario Party dice board game finally return. Roll dice for your own character and try to get most Stars and coins by the end of set amount of turns. With Stars being the main determining factor in winning 4 boards to play. Star bonuses at end of game include: ally bonus*, sight seeer- most moves, most mini-game wins, etc *Can recruit allies this time around for more dice rolls No star swapping randomness. 3. Sound Stage Play head-to-head in rhythm style mini-games. Most mini-game wins gets audience pumped and determines the winner 4. Partner Party 2 vs 2. Has two teams of two players also searching for stars on a free-movement board similar to those in Mario Party: Star Rush. 5. Free Play Play mini-games al-a-carte Includes 80 mini-games. Some have to be unlocked by playing other modes 6. Toad Rec Room Baseball- Simplified. Have pitcher, batter or outfielder roll. Similar to Wii sports, but pinball themed. outfielder can move concave circular blocks left and right to catch ball. Tank Minigame Puzzle Hustle: move large pieces together to form piece Banana split: Switch consoles can be arranged and synchronized to create larger, multi-monitor environment: use two Switch system to table top to move around to fit puzzle. 7. Online Marathon Online mode where players compete in five randomly-selected minigames aiming to get the highest score. Includes leaderboards for mini-games. Nintendo Online membership required to play online with others. 8. Challenge Road Single player mode. Mode unlocked when you unlock all mini-games. As name implies, gives you challenges for set mini-games Overall, brings back Mario Party to its roots while keeping the team based mechanics of past games. Very fun, especially with friends in the same room

> 24 hourThis version is the worst version of all the Mario Parties…. They came out with a newer version “Mario Party Superstars” FAR MORE superior, Don’t make the same mistake I did… I eventually re-sold this version
