When I have any questions or concerns, the customer service is available through FB messenger. They respond quickly and patiently, and they make sure the Im happy with the product. I’m sad because this thing stopped working. I got this for my husband two years ago for Father’s Day and I don’t know where it stopped working. Is there anything I can do because I don’t want to buy a new one. This sucks

I like the intensity that this has, but I am not able to get to some of the areas on my back that needs it. I would like to post an update in regards to the No Cry. I dont want anyone getting the wrong impression. I really do like my No Cry. It has power and works GREAT! I am just not limber enough to get to some of the areas on my back. This is absolutely no fault of the No Cry, and I actually had a different massage gun, which I sent back, because it didnt hold a candle to the No Cry, and it was even more expensive. When the No Cry company read my review (they DO read reviews) they reached out to me and gave me a full refund. I sent them an email telling them that I didnt need a refund, and it wasnt the massage guns fault I couldnt reach certain areas of my back, but they refunded my purchase anyway. This is truly a AWESOME company, and I would give them 10+ stars if I could.

This is a great product. I do s combination of body building and bouldering several days a week and this product has saved my butt. The product works with thicker muscles spots like back and quads, glutts and hamstring areas. I recommend. Oh and Im not paid to write this, I actually love the product.

I’ve been using the massage gun for relief of my sciatica nerve pain and it has helped so much! I use it every night before bed and when I get up in the morning to relieve the pain. Don’t know where I’d be without it. So worth the investment.
