I have had it since December -2 months and now it will not charge. Don’t buy this

Great for sore muscles and muscle recovery, helps drive oxygen into the muscle to relieve tension,This is a great little device, great battery life, great massage power that won’t stop when applying pressure like other guns and the shape enables for easy handling, did I mention the battery last for ever heheheh

I’m sad because this thing stopped working. I got this for my husband two years ago for Father’s Day and I don’t know where it stopped working. Is there anything I can do because I don’t want to buy a new one. This sucks

I struggle with back/neck pain and constant tension headaches. I’m on day two of using the No Cry Massage Gun and I’m on my second day headache free!! This massage gun exceeded my expectations! Not only did it help my neck, It also loosened up the knot on my lower back that I’ve had issues with for months! Product lasted all of 5 minutes before it shut off & wouldn’t turn back on. Really upset that I spent so much money on it. Returning.

If you’re in the market for a massage gun, don’t hesitate on this one. 1. Very quiet. You can easily use the NoCry massage gun discreetly in a locker room before/after a workout if that’s your thing. No problem maintaining normal conversation volume when in use. In comparison, the Theragun I borrowed from a friend sounds like a rusty reciprocating saw and violently massages your ear drums. 2. Battery life is as advertised. I use it for 2-3 ten minute sessions each day and can make it most the week without plugging in. 3. The different attachments allow a variety of uses. The included booklet offers suggestions, but it’s best to try them each on yourself and decide what best meets your needs. 4. Customer service is phenomenal. I contacted customer service on a Friday night after experiencing a charging issue following some pretty heavy usage. Unsure whether I had a faulty battery, bad charger, or maybe I had damaged something through improper usage, I reached out looking for more information about what I could do. NoCry’s customer service responded to me within a few hours and indicated they had shipped a replacement to me free of charge. I received the new unit Monday morning and it worked flawlessly. This is a company that seems to stand behind their products and honor their warranty with no hassle. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but this company deserves to be publicly acknowledged for the efforts they took to make me happy with their product.

We purchased this with a gift card and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massager. Its strong and doesnt seem to need frequent charging. When I messaged warranty support after I had an issue, they helped resolve the issue quickly and honored the long warranty attached with the product. I cant remember the last time I got service like that.

I love this massage gun. I get relief after my workouts and I dont feel as sore the the following day. I left at a friends house in Colombia so I had to purchase another one.
