Greater than one weekSeems to be a nice quiet slim case fan, I needed one in my Silverstone GD08 HTPC to clear the video card because of the length of my MSI Radion 5600 XT sticks out over the bottom front mounted fans. My only reason for deducting one star from the value is that the fan didnt quite clear the case on the back side and required some small rubber shims to keep the fan blades from rubbing on the case. Could just be a flaw in the metalwork of my case, but its something you might need to do too.

> 3 daythis is not an option if ur looking for something quite ......not even close to the 23.9 db/a that noctura brag about......at only 1300 to 1500 rpm... its 3 times as loud as cooler master a12025-12cb-3jn-f1, that i found from an old build that is 8 YEARS OLD...I refuse to believe that this is a one off... but ill order another one just to prove these claims of 23.9db are super false. Noctura you should be ashamed of yourself!

Greater than one weekI personally have seen no differences from my current fans to these. My current fans are also Noctua so maybe that is part of the reason but the fans specifically replace my radiator fans on a Corsair AIO. Not difference is temps for me so maybe better suited for case fans? Still a great product and you can’t go wrong.

> 3 dayThese are some really fantastic (pun very intended) little fans. Their tone, and volume, output are all quite acceptable. They will get a little on the higher pitched side at full speed directly next to a mesh air panel, but at most operating speeds it barely makes any noticeable noise. They provide a lot of air movement, and certainly have enough static pressure output for being used on radiators. The all black aesthetic is great, took Noctua long enough!

> 3 dayWith all the hype and new PC build i thought i would take a stab at these and see if they are really all that good... So far they are quiet and seem to push a good amount of air out. I like the slim feature on these as i needed them for the top case fans and my GPU card takes up some room in my micro ATX build. worth the price!? Meh.... bought x2 and x2 140s for 100$! better last a looooong time..

> 3 dayNoctua always has quality products. You can see from the picture above that it is definitely a brand I stand behind and I have had to unfortunately replace some lesser quality parts in this build for much higher quality, albeit admittedly more expensive, noctua ones.

Greater than one weekI bought this version because I didnt want it to be brown and didnt care about the lack of cables. The fan runs quiet and do a great job replacing the stock fans/shroud on my Zotac GTX 1080. As a fan, it is five stars but I understand why people are bothered by the increase in price while losing some of the accessories. Bottom-line: get this one only if you want the fan to be black, otherwise the classic brown ones are better value.

> 3 dayVery quiet, and slim - the two exact reasons I bought this model. I was hoping to use the vibration pads for my other Noctua fans but they are specific to this model only so you cant share them with other lines of fans. Didnt come with the typical accessory connectors/splitters, but I knew that before purchase anyway.

Greater than one weekIf all you care about is fan performance, it is very good and you can trust you are buying a good product.

> 3 dayI missed the x15 designation when I ordered this. I wish I had read the reviews much more closely before ordering.
