Greater than one weekProduct seems of very high quality, extremely quiet and lots of adapters. BUT no doubt the insane box in comes in is surely the most expensive part of the product. This kind of packaging should be reserved for store shelves. For online purchase, Id prefer a brown box as small as possible. I can get all the graphics and infos on the website since im already online to buy this.

> 3 dayThis fan replaced a 40mm X 20mm SilenX IXP1314 iXtrema Pro that was groaning after four years of 24/7 service inside of a managed ethernet switch. Ive bought enough Noctua fans to know theyre very well made for the price, but I was still pleasantly surprised at how easily this fan fit into the notch in my network switch, and also at the adapters and accessories Noctua included in the package. One thing that didnt surprise me about this fan was its near-silent operation, even without the speed-reducing cable. There are certainly cheaper 40mm fans, but this is the only one Id use in a quiet environment.
