Greater than one weekAs with many others, I purchased this fan as an intended upgrade for my 3D printer, a Duplicator i3. Originally I was going to use it as a part cooling fan, but when I got an E3D v6 I decided to use it to cool the extruder instead. E3D makes a damn good extruder/hotend, but theres no denying that the crappy 30mm fan is loud as hell. One 40mm adapter later, and I had to visually check to see if the fan was working because it was so quiet.

Reduced motor hub size
