> 3 dayUsing these as replacements on 6yr old falcon-nw computer. I have them hooked up with low noise dongle and using asus pwm motherboard control to slow them bit more. Using this method they are literally dead silent. Im noise junkie and my system is super quiet so in their stock low noise form yes they are silent but not as silent as my system. No biggy little tweaking on pwm fan curves. What impressed me being first time noctura user is how slow these fans are able to go, and they make absolutely zero electrical sounds till they stop because of not enough power. They are very well made. If your looking for very well made fan this is it.

> 3 dayThis fan is so quiet. At first my computer was actually hotter than it was with the original fan on my Corsair H55 liquid cooler. After fiddling with the BIOS setting the fan worked better than the original fan at keeping the temperatures down. Was the decrease in temperature large? No, but the decrease in fan noise is significant especially when running at 100% CPU. I had a 4-5 degree C decrease in temperatures, but I would purchase one even if it didnt drop the temperatures.

> 3 dayEsprimo il mio parere dopo più di 1 anno , ancora perfettamente funzionante , al max dei giri all incirca 1500 rpm, sposta davvero un sacco di aria, devo dire che cambiando case e molto meno rumorosa, meno ronzio , confronto al vecchio itek ninja , lo posizionata sul dissipatore , temperatura scesa di 4/5 gradi all incirca , SODDISFATTO , a breve accoppierò nf-s12a ... Ps: la confezione ha molto stile , completa di cavi che possono sempre servire !!!

> 3 dayOttimo packaging per un buon prodotto. Tuttavia, ho acquistato anche una grand flex pwm che si e dimostrata piu silenziosa a parità di giri e con una portata daria ben superiore quando va al massimo. Sul mio i7 920 overcloccato a 3.8 Ghz ad aria ballano 8 gradi tra i due prodotti sotto carico senza forti differenze sotto il profilo della rumofosita.

22-11-2024The Noctua NF-F12 PWM 120 mm premium fan is well worth the money. I use this fan to replace the one on the Deep Cool Gammax 400. Install was plug and play.

> 3 dayIn addition to my CPU fan, Ive three of these Noctua 140mm system fans installed. I use the smart fan mode in my PC, and the amount of noise the fans generates is minimal. If not close to the PC, youd never know it was on from the noise it generates. What a change this was from my Cooler Master v8, where the sound was louder from 25-30 feet away than what I hear now from being 3 feet away from the PC. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
