Noctua NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM, High Performance Cooling Fan, 4-Pin, 1500 RPM (140mm, Grey)

great fan, not quiet

Great fans, keeping my computer cooler than stock fans!

Starting at 1050 rpm there is a noticeable hum with these. Its feint at 1050 rpm, but becomes very noticeable as you go higher and is downright annoying at full speed.

I like the look and the cooling capabilities but dislike its noise level

I got this to replace the stock 120mm 1200rpm front intake fan in a Fractal Design Define Mini C. At low speeds, it blows much more air and has a comparable noise level (inaudible over my relatively loud PSU fan). At maximum speed, it blows an *enormous* amount of air, and while loud the sound isnt as annoying as many fans.

I bought this product for my new pc build. I am new to building and bought this because Noctua quality is very widespread and this fan is grey, matching my colour scheme. The problem is that this fan is 140mm, but rounded and fits awkwardly into 120mm mounting holes. With a spacious case, I can understand that it might not be a problem, but in my case (Fractal Focus G) where the mounting holes are justified to one side, this fan caused an issue with its rounded edges encroaching on the other mounting spots or the case edges itself. I thought, no problem, ill mount it elsewhere, but it refused to fit in any spot on my case even by itself (because of these reasons). However, even if it had fit in my case, I still couldnt mount it because the screws it shipped with were all stripped on one side. How did noctua miss all four screws being stripped the exact same way? Anyway, Im sure its a great fan, just make sure itll fit in your case before buying. Disappointed!

El producto me gustó y funciona como debe, pero el empaquetado fue pésimo, no venía con una caja extra para protección y además el sello de protección no estaba bien colocado, dejando fácil acceso a todo el producto, pésimo empaquetado.

Un produit NOCTUA est obligatoirement bon, on se refait pas. Enfin une couleur passe partout, la marron personnellement je trouve ça bof bof. Ce ventilateur est tout simplement dune qualité de fabrication irréprochable, il est pratiquement inaudible jusqu’à 950 rpm, a 1100 rpm il commence a se faire entendre mais le flux dair est très efficace, a pleine puissance environ 1500 rpm cela commence a devenir bruyant mais en comparaison a un ventilateur ordinaire le bruit est contenu et le flux bien plus puissant.

Un ottima alternativa alla serie NF-A di Noctua. Per chi vuole risparmiare qualche euro,per chi non ha bisogno degli accessori forniti con la serie superiore o per chi, semplicemente , preferisce il look di questa serie Redux al classico marroncino Noctua. Lho montata sulla parte superiore del case,in estrazione, collegata al 4 pin della scheda madre , svolge tranquillamente il suo lavoro senza attirare troppa attenzione.

Sie sind weder besser noch schlechter als die Konkurrenzmodelle in diesem Preissegment. Es macht mehr Sinn Be Quiet! oder Corsair Lüfter zu kaufen weil jene die gleiche Leistung bringen und etwas besser aussehen. Wenn man mehr will, dann muss man die teureren NF-A14 kaufen, die dann auch ,,Anti-Vibration-mounts haben.
