> 24 hourI purchased one of these because one of my cheap case fans was going out (getting noisy) So I looked around online for a quality replacement and came across the Noctua brand with very high reviews! Although these are over kill for my tower (as I still have cheap fans in there that make plenty of noise), This Noctua fan is super quite on full speed. I am Impressed with the quality and design of everything and will probably slowly replace more fans with Noctuas!

> 24 hourI was skeptical. Now Im a believer. These are the quietest fans I have used in almost 20 years of PC building. Well worth the price.

> 24 hourTheyre not as quiet as I was led to believe from other online review sites, I can still hear the air wooshing when the fans are at 900rpm (using the L.N.A), but at the same time they make an agreeable sound that doesnt annoy me as my previous Cougar Vortex fans did with their higher pitched wooshing.

> 24 hourNow I know why everyone says Nocuta fans are the top of the line for air cooling. Absolutely amazing fans, nearly silent, move a ton of air, and easy to install. 5 stars - will buy more Nocuta poop colored fans in the future.

> 24 hourI have bought quality fans before, but nothing on the level of a couple Noctuas I bought recently. Wow! Ill likely only buy Noctua from here on out. This ones perfect for my case.

> 24 hourMy case was generating more heat than my CPU heatsink was able to deal with, so I installed this as a secondary fan. Quiet, easy to install, and has kept my temps nice and low

> 24 hourJust got these and they are wonderfully quiet. I got two fans to replace the two loud fans that I had already. While I really like how quiet it is, I have notice some changes in temps. To be fair, I put on the Low-Noise adapter on it so it isnt running at the full RPMs it can be. That being said Im only seeing 3-4 degrees higher overall while being nearly silent at about 800 RPMs while my other fans that I replaced were extremely loud and ran at 1500-1600 RPMs. I will take that ratio and If I really get fed up with the 3-4 degrees temp difference I will take off those adapters. The overall temps for the CPU is at the high end under moderate load 40-45 degrees Celsius. A lot of temp change in the CPU comes from the hot graphics card right under the CPU. This is with i7-2600K 3.4Ghz CPU and a Radeon HD 6950 video card (this card runs really hot, even under light/idle use).
