Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200, High Performance Cooling Fan, 3-Pin, 1200 RPM (120mm, Grey)

These fans are great and dont look half bad for Noctua fans, but if you want to use them for a radiator or air cooler, DEFINITELY get the PWM model (they are the same price!!). This will allow for change in speed so that they arent running at max speed all the time. Even at max speed, however, they are quite quiet, probably the quietest thing in my computer.

I needed a replacement for a case fan and I was happily surprised with its performance. I got this fan for $13 and with its silent operation I can say it’s a great option for the price, classic Noctua. Colors leave a little to be desired, along with the ketchup and mustard cables, but at the end of the day performance is more important than appearance.

They were super easy to install. Its just as similar to any cpu fans in that regard. Theyre so quiet and they put out so much air flow. Will be sticking with the brand in the future.

These are nice and silent on my LARGE pc and wish the cords were a little longer to connect to the fan headers as they had to travel from the top of the pc to the inside MB.

I was starting to get annoyed with the noise of my case fans. I have 3 other brand name fans and decided to try this. It is amazing probably 1/3 the noise level. Amazing product. Great pricing and quality!

Only about 1/2 the air flow of the previous fans that were 5 times louder. No overheating so far.

My current case, the Lian Li Lancool 2, has a bracket for three intake fans on the front that you cant see the fans on. The Noctua fans are perfect for this use. Theyre a great low price, incredibly quiet, and help keep internal temps low. Performs exactly as expected of a Noctua product.

Purchased 3 of these fans for my gaming pc. Had no issue installing the fans, labeled easily to see which way the airflow goes. A good bit quieter then my stock PC fans. Only con would be the cabling shows a bit at the base of the fan but to be honest was not really a issue for me. Went from 2 stock fans to 3 of these noticed a temp drop and great airflow the way I set them up. Would definitely purchase these fans again.

Run silent and still give good airflow. Set two up as exhaust fans and improved temps by 2 C

If your case fan is noisy, just replace it with this one. It is super quiet. Your computer shouldnt sound like a jet taking off.
