> 24 hourChose this cooler as part of an HTPC upgrade and cannot be happier. Is nearly silent even at 100% fan, not that it will ever get there. I had to force max speed to test dBs. My system runs no more than 65°C at max CPU with the fan at about 1k RPMs...which is nearly inaudible.

> 24 hourCools my i7-4790K better than the stock cooler. After installing this cooler my CPU temperatures actually dropped several degrees which is great. I do not overclock my system but feel confident that if I needed to this cooler could handle it.

> 24 hourNot good enough for a i9 13900K, as the temperature spike uncomfortably high and the fans keep on spinning too fast with every other effort by the CPU, but very compact and probably great with processors that produce less heat. Go for the NH-D15 if you have a power hungry 13th gen top processor, those are up to the task in a well ventilated case.

> 24 hourI purchased this cooler because I had an awkward computer set up. Firstly, the case is too thin for full-sized tower coolers. And secondly, I have high profile memory. This made it almost impossible to find an air cooler that would work in my rig. But the NH-C14S was the answer.
