What can I say. It’s Noctua. It performs within 1-2 degrees of a D15. But much smaller. So it has great case/video card/ram clearance. Still extremely beefy. Added heat pipes, denser radiator. The best fans. All make this one of the best air coolers available.

Me encantó este Cooler, es realmente muy bueno. Lo usé para un Intel Core i7-12700K y los resultados fueron excelentes, aún con este procesador que calienta bastante. En Idle se mantiene entre los 25° y 30° y en carga no me sube de 75°. El ventilador va variando su velocidad de acuerdo a lo que requiere, así que al realizar tareas sencillas, el ruido es mínimo, casi no se oye. Fue una excelente compra, si alguien lo quiere usar con este procesador o similar, puede comprarlo con toda confianza. 100% recomendado.

I am very pleased with this cooler and the amount of adapters included and the fact it came with thermal paste. I had forgotten to order, this was a welcomed find.

Premetto che ho due pc e questo e il secondo dissipatore noctua che compro e sono rimasto meravigliato dell efficacia di raffredamento e silenziosita che ha nei confronti del nd h15 che ho mantato su i9-12900kf mentre questo sta dissipando i9-10900k e sono rimasto meravigliato dato le sue dimensioni ridotte consiglio nh-12a che a prestazioni sono simili ma ancora piu silenzioso e prende meno spazio ottimo da parte di noctua

I have a 9900k running at 5.2ghz on all cores and the U12a keeps my temperatures between 58-65c. Even on CPU bound games like Battlefield 2042 my temps stay cool. Pair this with some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaught Extreme and call it a day. No issues with RAM clearance and it’s a breeze to mount. Well worth the money.

Ive been a fan of Noctuas products over the years. Coming from NH-D15s with dual fans on my AMD Ryzen 9 5900x CPU, I can say NH-U12A is an excellent performer to compared to the D line coolers. Installation was easy and straight forward, I used this cooler with NT-H2 thermal compound and it was the way to go. it reduced the CPU temps by 2-5 degrees °C, the CPU idle temp is around 31 - 33 °C, CPU temps under stress test 100% utilization doesnt exceed 78 °C. Im very impressed by this cooler from aesthetics to performance to everything. I highly recommend this product its worthy to consider and invest in.

Everything is good but the fans didnt match my build and no options to buy one from Noctua
