> 3 dayIve been running the Noctua NH-U12S Cooler for the past several years on various Intel CPUs and have always loved it for the simplicity, design and performance. I have also been running (2) Black Noctua NF-F12 fans on it. I purchased this NH-12A not for the included UGLY fans, but I really wanted to see what the thicker heat sink would do running my same (2) Black Noctua fans without even changing the Fan profiles. Good news is that im seeing at least 3 degree cooler temps all around even with slightly warmer ambient temps.

> 3 dayIt is heavy and big. You have to put in your ram stick first as the cooler just clears them at least on my board. Plan it out first which way you are going to mount it.

> 3 dayI choose to buy this cooler mainly because the performance and the size. I am in the middle of building an itx build. I need an air cooler which can cool 10700k overclocked, this thing did the job. And also this cooler does not conflict the ram stick. Love it.

> 3 dayThe cooler performs very well, however it is a bit expensive when compare to D15S which is cheaper but performs better, I bought this for maximum RAM compatibility , tho I thought they should lower the price to around 80 by including just one fan, let the consumer choose to have the second one.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace my 9-year-old NH-D15 (of which both fans are still running great) for a new build with Ryzen 3800X. Its a more compact size and takes up a lot less space, and although I cant make an apples-apples comparison, I think it is very close to the larger D15 in performance. It does have light, even machining lines on the contact plate. No idea if they affect performance or if they are there by design. Pricy for a cooler but they will last a very long time.

> 3 dayThis is the first time Im using air cooling and Im very impressed with the results, is quite, fans and materials are really premium, it worth the price. Comparing liquid cooling is might be difficult to clean from my previous experience, but this one is easier to clean... If you want performance and cooling this is the way to go, if you want RGB go with liquid cooling

> 3 daymake sure it case so big enough and ram cards arnt too tall or your going have some clearance issues, but that all has to do with the motherboard layout, this cou cooling fan is perfect
