Noctua NH-U12S, Premium CPU Cooler with NF-F12 120mm Fan (Brown)

I did not give this unit 5 stars only because I dislike installing items like this on my computer (because of the work involved). My computer is located where it is not easy to access the items inside of it. However, this does not mean that the product itself is responsible for this problem, I am. The product came with all of the items that were necessary to install it on my AMD motherboard. Once I got all the mounting hardware installed, on my motherboard, the cooling unit was easily installed. I like the easy way that the fan mounts to the cooling fins as this makes it easy to remove and reinstall when checking for dust blockages on the cooling fins. I had to remove my previous cooling unit because of temperature problems and then I was then able to see that this was caused by dust blockages. However, I had to remove the unit to see this problem. Unlike this unit, cleaning my previous (liquid) cooling unit was difficult. In addition, a liquid cooling unit always has the possibility of pump failure, which can not be easily diagnosed. This new unit is working fine and keeping my CPU cool. If I need more cooling, I can easily add another fan to this unit.

si que hay disipadores mas baratos , pero no tienen nada que ver, las temperaturas se clavan y no se oye nada, la instalación es supersencilla , se nota que hay calidad, los anclajes encajan perfectamente, si hay alguien que anda dudando que no se lo piense y no se arrepentirá ,no es un gasto es una inversión.

Ho montato questo dissipatore su una cpu i7 9700k, e facendo alcuni test la temperatura non supera i 65 gradi. Direi che è più che accettabile per un dissipatore ad aria. Lo consiglio a chiunque non possa permettersi un raffreddamento a liquido, è una valida alternativa in relazione al prezzo.

Ein Sahnestück von vorn bis hinten und ein echtes Erlebnis. Allein die Verpackung - alles geordnet und sofort intuitiv nachvollziehbar. Wärmeleitpaste hoher Güte. Leiser Lüfter, kompakter Kühlkörper, extrem leichte Montage. Alles sehr durchdacht. Selbst ein Temperaturfühler (brauchte ich nicht) ist mit dabei für die Lüftersteuerung. Noctua ist für mich die Lüfter-Kühler-Oberklasse. Über die Haltbarkeit des Lüfters kann ich natürlich nichts schreiben, aber bisher ist mir noch nie ein CPU-Kühlerlüfter ausgestiegen.

Best fan manufacturer period. Performs on par or better than aio while being almost totally silent. Stop wandering and buy from these guys you will not regret it.

I recently got a new PC and it came with an AIO water cooler. Well, Ive never been a fan (pun intended) of water cooling; the size, pump reliability, danger (albeit small) of leaks, etc. So, after reading a bunch of reviews, I removed the clunky AIO and replaced it with this air cooler. Temps on this with a single fan are actually a few degrees LOWER than the 240mm dual-fan AIO water cooler! Using this on an AMD Ryzen 5800x (stock clocks), and my idle temps are 35-40°C, full load (running Prime95) are 60-65°C, with an ambient air temps of 21-23°C.

Usato x sostituire il dissipatore stock di un ryzen 9 3900x. Perfetto! Temperature con stress test che non superano 80 gradi con tutti i core al 100%. Con il dissipatore stock dovevo interrompere il test perché arrivava a 93 gradi!! Ottimo anche il rumore..In conclusione, se volete spremere questa fantastica CPU senza complicazioni e spese inutili, avete trovato la soluzione.

Worked better then I hoped. Pc use to turn into a jet engine, now i haven’t heard it rev up even once.
