> 24 hourI installed this on a 2010 VW Golf 2.5L. The product works great, but it has some issues. There was a smell during installation. It is more noticeable during warm weather and when the sticky black material is exposed. The smell goes away over time, so it is not a long-term issue. I plan to cover everything with closed-cell foam, so it should help with the car noise, insulation, and smell.

> 24 hourReally improved the tonality of my system even though the SPL went down. Easy to work with & didnt add as much weight to the trunk lid as I expected so it still opens & closes normally

> 24 hourI was so impressed and happy with the quantity in the box, the adhesion and difference this product made in my vehicle!! I’d recommend 10 times over!!! I was extremely thorough in my prep work. I removed my old carpet and pad, used a wire wheel on my grinder, vacuumed and then used a degreaser to ensure my surface was clean. It was, trust me. I purchased the inexpensive roller kit and it worked incredibly smooth. This product has an excellent bond and there was a noticeable difference when applied. The price point is incredible - why buy anything else? As a side note, I put this product in my ‘87 Toyota Pickup. They always sounded noisy and very tinny to me while driving - like I was driving a cheap vehicle (surprise). After installing this product (prior to my new carpet kit), the road noise and vibration sounds were drastically cut down. I feel like I could promise you that you won’t regret it!

> 24 hourWith any sound deadening such as this, you will definitely need a small wooden roller to properly press this into the metal. You know you did well once the embossed pattern has flattened out. Those reviews complaining about this were simply trying to use their hands alone. This product is as good as more expensive brands such as Dynamat. It adheres very well, is just the right thickness, and will deaden the sound of road noise and door/panel rattles. If youve never used this tye of product, please do yourself a favor and watch a couple GOOD videos on installing. I used about half a box to do the four doors of a 2001 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. It cuts very easily with scissors. TIP: when doing the doors, the safety bar inside each door will have caulking between it and the outer door skin. Usually the caulk will be dried out from age and not adhering both parts. Do yourself a favor and add some caulk between the bar and the outer door skin. Doesnt have to be the entire bar since thatll be had to do. Doing this along with the sound deadener will make your doors close with the solid thump like nicer expensive cars do!

> 24 hourThis product is very easy to work with. Cut it with scissors and apply. No smell. I put 2 layers and my diesel truck is much quieter. Much cheaper than other brands. It all does the same thing. Put some green in your pocket with Noico!

> 24 hourI have never used a sound deadening product before. But what I had read is that they are not all the same. I was impressed at the reviews that I read for this product and also impressed at the price. I ordered up a box, and installed it in the trunk of my car, where most of the noise was coming from. It is a lot quieter. My girlfriend said It doesnt sound like the engine is inside the interior of the car anymore.
