One side is hard non slip texture material feel and the other side is a softer texture feel. The pad can be used either side and they both work. The color was correct an on point with the picture. I got blue and size medium. The measurements are accurate and the finished product is just great!

> 24 hourI’ve had it for 3 months and I’m going to have to toss it for another one from another brand. I like everything else about it, but I personally can’t tolerate the smell. I have a more sensitive nose than most. I’ve cleaned it with different cleaning products and let fragrance oils sit on it for awhile. Nothing works. It smells like someone who doesn’t shower and has some sort of bacteria growing on them. The only reason I didn’t return it within the return window was because it took me a long time to be convinced that the smell wasn’t coming from me! I started obsessively scrubbing every square inch of my body in the shower way too hard, that’s how much it smells like dirty human.
