I tried 2 other systems before this one and was really disappointed in their connect time/ability to even connect and error messages. I have asked for a refund in both cases. The major problem with this one is you pay for 12 months and get less than 3. If you purchase the product hang on to the key code or the company just tells you to pound sand.

I love the nord vpn service. I researched this product heavily before purchasing and was very happy with the service. It’s so easy to setup and I set up all my devices to automatically connect because I’m very forgetful. Nord vpn is fast and I don’t see any difference in download speeds. This vpn package also comes with a sticker to cover your webcam .( reminds me of something you would see from Ed Snowden)

NordVPN and its customer support are useless. Installed the desktop app to immediately be told (by the app) that I needed an update. Went to the website and attempted to load the update, only to be told that I couldnt install any update because the app was already installed. Uninstalled the app to no avail - still, NordVPN refused to install a replacement app because it said I still had the app. installed. Ground my way through FAQs and self-help to no avail, doing all sorts of downloading of utilities and reconfig gyrations for nothing. Eventually succumbed to the chat support, worked my way past the bot, only to run into human customer service that put me through the exact same process that failed before. In the end, I ran through three separate uninstall attempts w/o success and ended up being given even more homework from the support rep. I decided to cancel the subscription, which it turns out comes w/ no refund after 30 days, in spite of NordVPN pushing multi-year subscriptions. All that to say that I find NordVPN to be a poor product w/ poor support and refund terms. I caution everybody against buying the product. The product is, in my experience, poor, the refund policy is poor, and their customer service support amounts to uninstall, reboot, install and a lot of homework after that. Just poor from start to finish.

Very easy to set up and use

The software works great, but it also blocks sites that I do visit, for those I have to suspend for a while.

So to be honest so far all I have noticed is... I cant load some pages like I used too. Which is a pain. Seems like the VPN just outright blocks them. The funny thing is they are usually completely mundane websites like best buy or something. Also it checks every file I download which is nice but the little popup telling me its safe everytime I download something is a bit much.
