I ordered this for a childs party and was very disappointed to find that the blue raspberry had leaked all inside the packaging like MANY others have mentioned. I dont know what ingredient they put in the blue raspberry but over 1/3 of the bottle was leaked all inside the packaging and had to be thrown out. The 2 remaining flavours were nothing to rave about, to be honest they didnt taste good at all to me, and had a bit of a bizarre aftertaste. I dont know if it was due to the artificial sweeteners ( I would not have even bought this if I knew it had saccharin and aspartame) I have since thrown out the other 2 flavours and found this to be a complete waste of money. There are much better tasting syrups available without artificial sweeteners, and why bother adding sugar in the first place when they taint the product with chemicals?

We love entertaining. While our friends small children cant share the same drinks we do! This was perfect and works well!

The texture of the shaved ice is not snow quality, its more like ice chips or ice shards. I am looking for a machine that produces snow texture ice that I do not need to chew. It is also very difficult to lift the top to add the ice. The handle is very slippery and hard to grip if you have fingernails or moist hands. Very Unhappy, returning immediately.

Love this thing so much that this is the second one I have purchased. I have had my original one for 7 years and it is still working perfectly through my 5 children and my second grade class of 21 for end of school year classroom parties. This one was purchased as a gift for my brothers family and his wife sends me pictures of the kids and neighbors enjoying snocones on the weekends. If there are children in your life or if you still have those moments like I do, you need this!

Excellent products and Yummy

The blue raspberry flavor bottle came bulged on the bottom, therefore it cannot stand up, and it leaked in the box.

Very good quality product. Easy to use, however, the door is somewhat difficult to open.
