Great machine. Now I can have shaved ice all summer.

Ive used it three times and so far no issue. The shaved ice comes out great the flavored syrup you can buy from the same company is good. Only down side is its a bit loud breaking the ice down thats all I have to complain about but other then that it be a perfect gift for a snow cone lover.

Love the quality of the machine. Disliked that the extra flavors I paid for were never received and Amazon refused to pay me back my money. Do not deliver stuff if they aren’t home; or you’re paying me back my money. I haven’t had any flavoring for this and had to go buy from store because amazon stole 60$ from me!

Like that it is easy to use. The kids love it!!

I love this machine but the ice should be the correct ice if you dont want it to melt very quickly, it works just fine and gets the job done fast

The blue raspberry flavor bottle came bulged on the bottom, therefore it cannot stand up, and it leaked in the box.

Arrived without damage, although there couldve been more bubble wrap in the box

Purchased this for grandson party. Let me just say the kids and adults enjoyed snow cones. Lots of flavors to choose from and easy to use and clean. I bought two 7lb bags of ice and still had a half bag left over. I made about 40 4 ounce cups. I recommend this product.
