So had little bit of problems when I first got it you have to make sure even though it seems like the top pieces push down all the way you have to make sure it actually is if it’s not spinning in the gears are all together in line up other than that it has worked fine I’ve used it a couple times now comes out really nice shaved ice one time the ice didn’t wanna cut and I had to keep on moving the ice around till finally it caught right which was a pain but it’s nice … also it kind of sucks that the ice drops right by the door instead of more towards the back so as soon as you open the door it will start trying to come out

The kids ask me almost everyday to make snow ones now. This is so easy to use and all the main parts can come out to be washed. Not sure if it’s dishwasher friendly but I just hand wash it. Love the look of it and it can hold a ton of ice. The scoop is very handy. Would recommend!

This machine is great but sometimes the ice gets stuck and the motor wont turn

I bought this machine for a kid’s party. It was a hit !!!! It made everyone happy. I was surprised how this little machine could work so well! This is great for kids birthday parties, pools parties… I can tell that this will be very useful this summer !

This is a Christmas gift for my grandson. It took 3 tries to finally receive this item. I wrapped it when I finally received it. I was prepping the wrapped gifts for delivery when I realized that the package was wet. I opened the present to find that one of the bottles was not closed tightly and had leaked over the box and the wrapping. Not a lot of the product was lost but it was very disappointing that more care was not taken to be sure the kids were tightly closed prior to shipping.
