> 3 dayMy husband and I ordered these after seeing a neighbor walking in it. We have two large dark dogs, and taking them for walks at night was an iffy prospect, even in our well-lit neighborhood. But we are both clearly seen while wearing these, based on the comments we get from people calling out to us that they like the vests. We also wore them during a night-time 5K, and saw several others wearing them as well. I like the ability to change the colors or patterns of the lights, I feel like the flashing ones make people take more notice. Well worth the cost!

> 3 dayI dont know how people run at night without this vest. I live and run in a busy suburban area that has limited lighting at night and wearing this vest makes me feel so much safer. People comment all the time on how easy it is to see me when wearing this. It is lightweight and comfortable, charges quickly, holds a charge for a long time, and is easy to use. If you run or walk at night, this would be the first product I would recommend adding to your gear.

> 3 dayI love how lightweight this is, and how bright, but the charge right out of the box didnt last very long. Apparently I didnt receive a charger with it, so Im hoping I have one that is compatible. My only other complaint is the length of the plastic cables (vest part). Im 52, 106lbs, and a petite frame overall. The shoulder cables constantly slide up through the belt and flop off my shoulders. My run was a constant battle, pulling them back down through the belt. I ended up having to use a small binder clip to pull them together in the front so they wouldnt fall off my shoulders.

> 3 dayTo sum it up. I will be buying more of these if I ever have to and will be running with this for the rest of my life 5 stars! I find reviews to be really helpful when they are listed in a pros and cons list so here we go. Pros 1. Literally life saving. On my third run I was almost run over by a distracted driver. Which has never happened to me on a run before. I was shocked when it happened and they even stopped and apologized and said she reacted right away because of how bright this is. 2. Traffic immediately starts to behave differently when I run with this on. I can see almost every car drive around me as if there was a bubble like we are supposed to do with bikes. Its amazing. 3. Incredibly light and comfortable. I dont notice it all when running. 4. Great battery life and weather resistant. I have run with it while its drizzling and had no issue. I can charge it once and it will last me about a week and half with 30 minute runs everyday. 5. Great accessory. The additional light you can purchase with it works incredibly well. Highly recommend that. Cons. 1. The price. YIKES. However, very worth it for the safety that it provides, literally already saved me once. Plus the build quality is noticeable good. So that makes up for it. 2. Pay attention to sizing and check out the sizing chart. I wish this was more inclusive to bigger bodies. There are plenty of curvy runners out there that could use this. Not to mention all the road workers and night shift workers that could benefit from this in a larger size. For reference I wear a size small in Old Navy shirts and according to their sizing chart I use a M/L.

> 3 dayI am an avid runner/amateur triathlete who qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships this year. I typically run in daylight hours, however due to my 2020-2021 work schedule, my new run time is in the 1600-1800 range. In the PNW, our winters get DARK by 1630. In order to keep up my off season training for HOPEFULLY a 2021 Ironman/Triathlon season, I decided it was time to buy some lights and extend my runs into the darkness. This doodad is AMAZING! NO bounce when walking, running, sprinting, standing still? Nada! Not noticeable whatsoever other than the fact that its bright, beautiful, and colorful! I did my favorite 6.5 mile lake loop this evening and watched every passing car give me plenty of room. I also enjoyed looking across the water at Christmas lights while seeing my own color reflection bounce of the lake below. I run with a sports top that holds my cellphone between my shoulder blades. The battery pack on the back of this touches my cell when placed up high. I thought this was going to be an issue, however after adjusting the battery pack a little lower and tightening the straps, this baby did not move. It stayed put and didnt interfere with my cell. I DEFINITELY recommend this for anyone who is running into the twilight/night hours. The lake loop I ran this evening has hardly any street lights (more country residential), but I felt just as safe as when I do in the day time. Thanks, NOXGEAR! I can now extend my outdoor running into the later hours of the evening!

Greater than one weekI bought this when a driver slowed down on one of my early morning runs and said they couldnt see me well from behind. That should no longer be a problem! The thing with running gear for me is, if its distracting at all, its not really doing its job. The vest is lightweight, doesnt bounce, and fits securely with no adjustment needed on the run. I dont even notice it. Tip on the sizing: Im 58 with a 37 chest, typically wear a mens small t-shirt. I fell between the S and M/L size vests. Ordered both and the S is a much better fit with less out of the box adjustment needed and less tubing slack to manage.

06-06-2025This is my second time purchasing a NoxGear item and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone running near traffic during low-light conditions. Before I started using the original Tracer, I had several close calls with cars blowing stop signs when Im running through intersections; cars getting reeeaally close when theres no sidewalk and Im on the shoulder; etc. Ive used headlights, Ive used reflectors, but nothing seems to work as well as the Tracer. It has drastically reduced my close encounters of the automobile kind experiences. The Tracer 360 is a wonderful step up from the original. The internal rechargeable battery is great and lasts longer than using rechargeables in the original tracer. Its a bit lighter, too. Higher waterproof rating is also a welcome change (though I had no issues with the original in the rain). I cannot recommend these enough for runners.
