First off, the shipping, overseas not domestic, was outrageously quick. Yes, I did pay a bit more so that I can get it in time before my scheduled trip, but it actually arrived a week earlier than initially projected. It simply took a week for me to get this package which is amazing considering that it was the year-end holidays period.

Worked well, its huge. I used as a carry on and carried my CPAP, a digital SLR, laptop, tablet, all cables, and a few more smaller items. I just wish it had a strap to connect the two shoulder straps in the front across my chest. While on vacation I did use it while hiking and previous packs I have used had that strap which was helpful and kept it from sliding around on my shoulders. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars. It does have a USB plus, but there were no instructions included on how to use it. That was frustrating.

This really is a great bag. It has lots of nice features, especially a pocket on the straps for easy ID access. Too bad it fails the waterproof test.

I bought this in December and my first trip overseas the zippers broke.

With a new hybrid work schedule, this backpack is perfect for all the electronics I need to transport between work and home. Looks great too!

Carried 20lb books for years and still holds up

I like the bag, but the strap had torn after only six weeks of use. I ordered a new one, identical, hoping for better luck this time.
