The zipper broke on the bag, cheaply made. They will not replace it.

I purchased this backpack as a gift for my husband. Hed had his backpack for 20+ years. Hes particular with a backpack. Uses it often for travels and when he served in the Army. The local Base Exchange didnt have much of a selection for a replacement backpack. This one was a great success. Its a better backpack and at a great price.

Nide backpack and very affordable

Well structured with lots of interior room. Only drawback. The zippered side pockets have a too narrow zipper opening and are so deep. My hands are normal size Id say. If I try to get all the way in to retrieve something, my hand gets stuck, unless I release what Im grabbing. Otherwise 5 stars

I bought this as an alternative for my rolling computer case, for my Dell Mobile precision 17. My laptop has pretty thin bezels around the screen, and just barely fits. My older Mobile precision (7720 from 2016) does not fit well, so if your 17 laptop doesnt have thin bezels, then get the 18 version of this bag. This bag is smaller than I expected - it will easily fit the laptop and all accessories, but dont expect to put much else in it. As all the reviewers said, you need to make sure the zippers are bought down to the sides, or it will unzip itself. For the price, I am satisfied, but wish it was a tad bigger.

This is a great bag. It has plenty of room and pockets for organizing.

This replaced prior carryon backpack. It’s sturdy and made from a heavier material than prior one so takes up a little more space. Lots of compartments. I haven’t been caught in the rain yet so don’t know about waterproof claim, but assume it is by the quality of material. I especially like the strap that allows it to sit on my roll on overhead luggage. Now I don’t need to put it on my back inside the airplane.

I purchased this bag for my middle schooler who prefers to schlep all his school books and supplies with him instead of using common sense and leaving unneeded items in his locker. So far so good. This bag has room for all his books, chrome book, and whatever half eaten food he finds easier to store in the bottom of the bag than it is to walk the four feet to the trash can.
