I bought this stand because I was hunched over my 13-inch laptop to see the screen. I can now sit up straight and see the screen at a more comfortable height. I am still typing on the laptop keyboard and using the track pad. The edges of the stand hit my wrists but it does not hurt or bother me. My next purchase may be a bluetooth keyboard and mouse so that I can keep my hands on the desk but my eyes straight ahead. The stand is stable, it has not slid or moved from its spot on my desk. It does have a little bounce to it, but it is so minimal that it doesnt bother me. I would recommend this for relieving back and neck pain and eye strain.

Ability to be flexible when I’m working

I was using a stack of books for my laptop and this so much better. It was simple to put together and it real sturdy.

I recently started to work from home. We were given laptops. I was used to a desktop and my desk that I had for 14 years. I started with using my Tablemate for a desk top, but I couldnt seem to get the right height. I didnt need anything fancy, but I didnt want something that wasnt sturdy either. I did get this on a Black Friday extended sale. Let me tell you, its solid. The metal is thick and heavy. Its a perfect height for me and I dont have to worry about the hospitals laptop failing over and getting damaged. It was the silver that was on sale, so thats what I bought. There are many colors to choose from which were more expensive. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a laptop stand. My laptop is a 17 and it works great.
