I just received my item, placed my laptop on it and it just completely collapsed.

This thing is amazing. I can set my laptop on it and work without neck strain. On the other hand, my kids also use it as a tablet holder since its so adjustable

The stand is well-designed and appropriately solid and holds my MacBook Air at a very convenient angle/height as I work at my desk.

This is a good quality, solidly engineered stand. Its relatively heavy, and does not move around. Has rubber tab feet (and extras.. nice touch) and adjustment key, The adjustment mechanism and flexible settings (and the product as whole) are well designed, and the stand holds its position very well. I have a good buyer-satisfaction feeling from this.

So far, so good. Ive had it for a week now and its working great, the hinges are a bit hard though, it takes some effort to change the position of the stand and i need to remove the laptop first, thats why the stability has 3 stars and ergonomy 4.
