> 3 dayWorks out of the box for MacOS no issues. Great to have a PBT keycap keyboard alternative to Keychrons ABS keycaps. Being hot-swappable is also awesome, as Im able to customize which switches to use across the keyboard. The keycaps are very low-profile: very comfortable with a sort of muted feel and sound with the brown Gateron switches. One complaint I have is that feel and sound variance is a little more pronounced than on other keyboards Ive used: arrow keys are especially brighter / more snappy than keys in the center. Not a deal breaker, and considering the very limited low-profile PBT options that work out-of-the-box on Mac, I would still recommend.

> 3 dayThis is my 3rd mechanical keyboard. I finally found one that I like. I really liked Keychron K3 because it had solid build quality, affordable, amazing RGB colors, and pretty design. But it was just too tall, and I really dont like using palm rest. Nuphy, while it costs 30% more, is worth the price of admission. It can be used without palm rest. All the keys have nice thock sound, so there is no need to modify to improve its acoustic. I also love its multi colored keyboard color scheme. I do use this keyboard exclusively in wired mode and I suggest most people do the same.

> 3 dayThe keyboard feels great; however, the connection is hit or miss if you are using windows 11. I experienced delay and disconnections via bluetooth. Overall, it is still a great keyboard if you are using it wired.

> 3 dayThis is hands down the best low profile mechanical keyboard on the market right now. Step aside (low quality) Keychron, NuPhy answered our prayers by creating the first low profile mechanical keyboard that ships with PBT keycaps. The keycaps are absolutely the star of the show. Dont listen to the haters..PBT keycaps are objectively better than ABS and no, they should not be transparent to let the backlight through. To me, the backlighting is just an extra, but not necessary feature of this keyboard. Aside from the keycaps, the build quality is absolutely amazing. I dont know how they did it, but this keyboard has absolutely no ping, which is something I absolutely dread when buying a mechanical keyboard. Maybe I just got a good batch of Gateron Blue switches, or maybe the materials used in the keyboard are top of the line. NuPhy...if youre out there listening, here is my advice: 1. You need to create a full-sized, Air100 version of this keyboard! 2. You need to introduce more color options for your PBT keycaps...perhaps a mono-color option.

> 3 dayThe red Gateron switches have a nice tactile feel to them and the keycaps feel good against my fingers as odd as that might sound. Connecting the keyboard was very simple. I have connected it via USB to my desktop and used Bluetooth to connect to my laptop and Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra tablet. Using the NuPhy software to modify what certain keys do or adjust the RGB lighting is also nice. I would recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a compact mechanical keyboard that would be great on a desk or is portable enough to throw in a backpack.

> 3 dayExcellent built, beautiful keyboard. The size is strange, i cant get used to typing on it. Im constantly hitting 2 keys at once. Very annoying. A full size version of this would be better. Pressing the keys does feel really good, but its short lived when I hit 2 at once very frequently. Using the surface pro keyboard which is even smaller feels much more natural and easy to type with fast, though not as satisfying to the touch.

08-06-2025I use Apple products and absolutely hate their beautiful thin keyboards. I spend more time correcting my typing than I do actually typing. So, I was eager to find a new keyboard that was pretty but vastly more usable. This keyboard has the potential to be that solution to my problem. When I first got it, my typing accuracy skyrocketed. I could feel the keys, their edges, and when they were clicked (I got the brown switches). Setup was easy, although the manual could be improved. I operated it as a wired keyboard for the first day while I let the battery charge. There is NO indication when the battery becomes fully charged though. It does use an LED to let you know approximately how the charge level is holding up. Mine said it was 80%+ for the first 4 days I was using it wirelessly. Today on day 5, it started spewing greek characters non-stop. I assumed the battery had dropped too low and shut it off. After plugging it in for a few hours, it seems to be working OK again. I am skeptical though. The firmware needs to be updated so that the Left LED starts flashing red hours before the keyboard starts vomiting gibberish. That way the user can plug it in to charge, before encountering problems. Better yet, the keyboard should include SW to allow you to configure the keyboard, select lighting options, and provide a pop-up when the battery is running low. This is 2022 after all. Im hoping a dead battery is the cause of my recent problem. Ill be testing it more in coming days and will make the final decision whether to keep or return while I still can. The keyboard feels great, and I hope I decide to keep it. Even if I do keep it, the battery life is a factor of 4-5 shorter than those unusable Apple wireless keyboards. Update: I wish the keyboard integrated with MacOS better. I never use the CAPS key, but I do activate occasionally by accident. I should be able to turn it off. My solution was to pull the key and switch, clip the wire leads off the bottom of the switch, and reinstall it. The keyboard should also have a character buffer so you can start typing right away while the keyboard is reconnecting to the computer. Currently you need to tap a key, watch the left bar blink blue for a few seconds, and then begin typing. Again, an indicator showing whether the keyboard is currently (dis)connected would be very useful.

10-06-2025Be careful not to press the MICROSOFT TEAMS button, it will close out whatever you’re doing and try to log you into teams. Seriously why, like if I want to go to teams I’ll open it up by clicking on it.

> 3 dayWorks well with a Mac. Supports both USBC and Bluetooth. Great feel. Reasonable noise. And is completely INDESTRUCTIBLE. I bring external keyboards with me everywhere. I load them into an overpacked, overweight backpack. The last 5 keyboards I have tried have lasted less than a month before Impact broke off the keys. This thing just cannot be broken.
