I was surprised by the build quality of this keyboard. It’s immediately clear that a lot of thought went into the design and the whole keyboard revolves around aesthetics. Fantastic sounds and good interface for reprogramming keys. No complaints!

I really, really enjoy typing on this thing. The quality of the board is absolutely top notch. Its sturdy, it has great keycaps, there are some really nice little touches like hot swap, tasteful rgb, alternate win/mac layouts, and extra switches to try out the other colors. Itd be 5/5 for me if it wasnt for the USB-C port being on the top (pretty annoying) and the wireless being just a little bit too flaky for me to use it. For my use case, Im really not using the wireless modes anyway, but if youre looking for something to use on the couch for an HTPC or something I expect youll have a bad time with it. Absolutely stellar board if youre just looking for a nice, portable, low profile board to stack on top of your laptops built in keyboard, though.

Just got the keyboard today and have been using it for the past 4 hours. It is simply the best keyboard that I have ever used. I am a demanding user of IT products for work and have constantly been upgrading my computers and peripherals. I have in the past tried all kinds of keyboards, either standalone or built-in laptops, including several expensive mechanical keyboards. Somehow this keyboard feels so smooth, and the typing experience is just like flowing through my fingers. It just makes me feel like typing more. My feeling is that the experience comes from the specific travel, weight, and feedback from the keys. believe me or not, I would encourage you to give it a try. You can always take advantage of the generous return policy from Amazon. Likely that you would not regret it.

Very beautiful and premium feeling mechanical keyboard but the 2.4G wireless really sucks. It cant be more than 6 inches away from the receiver or it becomes inconsistent. In comparison the logitech mx keys can be used in another room if I wanted to. Speaking of logitech I would strongly consider the new mx mech boards from them, especially if the nuphy is at the retail price of $130 which isnt far off from the MX mechs $150. With that board youre getting a much better wireless experience and battery life. Only reason I am keeping this board is because I got it on a prime day deal. Pictured is how close the board has to be to maintain a consistent wireless experience. Bluetooth is actually more reliable on this board then 2.4G. Edit: Make sure to use a keyboard testing website because I just found out my down key wasnt functioning. I just had to use the included switch puller to find that the contact pin was bent. Not docking a star for this but this is the first mech keyboard Ive had with a messed up switch on arrival and Ive been collecting mechs for a decade.

I wanted a keyboard that fits nice in top of my laptop keyboard and this keyboard is great for that it normally on macs so it was nice to see it also good on my windows surface laptop studio

Got this keyboard to switch easily between computers/environments without losing a feeling. Super easy to pair via bluetooth, has a bunch of options for connectivity - can manage several(!) bluetooth connections at once, wireless connection via provided adapter or just be plain old wired keyboard which is super nice. Full FN-keys row is very useful to me, and absent numpad is a huge plus as well. Gateron/CherryMX Brown switches is what I go with for every single keyboard Ive bought past N years, theyre clicky but not noizy, this particular low-profile keyboard benefits from them particularly Id say. Apart from spare keys and switches (yes! awesome to have those) there are some nice stickers with anime girl :D And manual has a poster of that girl on the flipside; found it as a super cool touch to the overall great product.

Very decent quality. Aluminum upper shell with plastic bottom cover, no flex at all. Gateron switches is smooth. I got the brown switch, but the package also included one of each (red, blue, brown) as tester. Very attention to detail. Price is much more expensive than on NuPhy website. But comparable if factor in the ease of customer service and fast shipping. LED is RGB. Should be able to produce white, but not really white in the eye. When use as Bluetooth keyboard. The LED is not really bright. Pretty much unnoticeable in bright room. Key cap is not shine through, but is in very good quality. The only complaint is that software is lacking, especially on MacOS. It’s sad to see that the software is not existing on the platform the key caps is installed by default. Hence 4 stars only

Great build quality, love the hardware toggles for wired/wireless and mac/windows layouts. cannot speak to battery life as its been a few days and its still over 80%. Best keyboard at this price point if youre looking for a low profile, but a great typing experience.

I tried so hard to like this keyboard that I actually packed it to return it, unpacked it again to give it another shot, only to ultimately pack it up again to be returned... FOUR TIMES lol. The keyboard looks great. Its definitely more thin than most and the keys sound great (I got clicky blue). I am a software engineer and type ~8-10 hours a day, wether for work, gaming or browsing. I have been using my Apple magic KB for years and wanted something mechanical again for a while. I purchased 3 keyboards because I couldnt make up my mind. I got this one, the keychron v4 and the logitech mx mini wireless. The logitech kb arrived first and it was great. It just felt...boring, I guess with no fancy rgbs/ key colors, if thats what youre into. Coming from the magic kb, I had to purchase a wrist wrest for it. The keychron came next but it nowhere near the logitech, imo so I returned it immediately. Last came the nuphy. I loved how it looked and felt out the box. It felt great typing on it before I actually turned it on. I used it for a couple of days and noticed a couple of things though First, I did need a wrist rest for it. It is thin, but nothing like the magic keyboard. I found that even after the first day, my palm was getting a little tingly and using my wrist rest immediately resolved my pain. Second, certain keys, like backspace and enter sometimes needed to be hit twice to register. At first I thought maybe I just wasnt used to the kb yet, but it started happening more frequently and became very obvious. This issue didnt happen a single time with logitech. I tried to overlook it because the kb itself looks more appealing than the logitech, but in the end, I boxed it back up to return it. The logitech feels much higher quality overall and has super helpful features for me like having designated bluetooth keys to easily switch between machines by just tapping a button. I would be interested in maybe trying newer versions of this if they iterate on it in the future.

First mechanical keyboard in a while. I usually use the Apple magic keyboard which was my favorite and was skeptical I could adapt to a mechanical keyboard again. After using for a little over a month Ive not only adapted but now prefer it. I use this on my work and personal MacBook, usually on bluetooth and thankfully it has great support for multiple bluetooth devices (fn+1,2,3 to switch, awesome). I charge it every few days and leave the backlight on low. The keycap colors are not my favorite, but they are my first PBT keycaps and wow, they really do feel much better than typical keycaps. Switches are hot swappable (so you can change OR fix broken ones easily) and key attachments are standard. You can use any standard keycap here, but sadly theres almost nobody else making standard super low profile keycaps like this board has. All the competitors (Logitech, cascade, etc) use at least some wonky stabilizer positions so many of their keys are only compatible with their boards (sad. I tried the Azio ones here, no go). I compared this keyboard with several others (Vissles, keychron, azio cascade slim, Logitech). I opted for this one based on reviews, and b/c its the most standard of all the others which all have some form of proprietary only works with my brand stabilizer or keycaps. A month in very happy with my decision.
