NuTone 89199000 Bulb Heater Grille Assembly

This was an exact replacement after removing the old grille as part of a larger makeover project. The old grille was yellowed, dirty and probably hasnt been touched since it was first installed 30 years ago when my home was built. The new one is a nice, crisp white and looks great!

Inexpensive update to my bathroom heat lamp/vent. Just what I needed to replace my old yellowed heat lamp cover. Fit great, easy to install/replace.

After extensive searching I finally found this replacement Grille! Had it within 2 days and promptly ripped out the old Grille and installed this unit within 15 minutes. Words of advice for those use Bathroom Heater Bulbs. When you replace burned out bulbs use extra caution and insure that the bulb does not touch this plastic Grille. Those bulbs get very hot and will easily melt the plastic. Also, make sure that the Bulb Heater is on a timer so that it only stays on as long as necessary.Many homes have caught on fire as a result of these heat bulbs staying on and melting away the electrical wiring.

Perfect replacement, now looks like new, was old and yellowed. Thanks for Q&A that clarified model numbers and letters after model numbers. Saved time and money by not having to replace the whole unit.

Exact match for the old cover that had yellowed over time. Kinda expensive but what ya gonna do.

The ad lists the size at 11 x 12. The unit is not square, but measures 10 on the edge, and 10 1/4 going from center to center.
