Nothing wrong with the product, but i think they are trying to save money on the containers. You have to dig the scoop out when you first open it. Then, to put the scoop back in, you have to go handle first and bury it so the lid will go on. You end up with a little mess, but creatine isnt sticky or hard to clean up. Product seem fine though.

Absolutely love that you can put this into any drink and it doesn’t change the flavor! It works great keeping your muscles from hurting after working out. I feel a big difference.

Usually don’t care much to post reviews unless it’s an extremely amazing or terrible product. I’m not going to comment on the effectiveness of creatine (do your own research). I’m here to rave about Nutricost and how much of an ideal company they are and what they’ve done recently by downsizing their bottle size yet keeping the same amount of product. Small bottle 100 servings monohydrate powder > large bottle of 100 servings. Not only does it save me space on my shelf, I can stock up more on this fantastic product and smile that Nutricost is doing their part. Oh yes, also want to include it mixes well in all types of your favorite beverage (even plain water), I’ve not had any bloating or any stomach issues, and the price is right.

Yeah its creatine like all the rest, retains water in muscles for a bigger lean muscle look. Helps with workouts, gives you huge pumps and is a staple in the body building community. Helps to make you look more muscular. Take with Glutamine for enhanced effects. Container says its made in the U.S. and is non GMO. 2 very important product facts you should consider, now you know. This is a good clean creatine. What in the world is a genetically modified organism anyway ? Ill take a pass on that. I love this creatine and I recommend.

You get what your buying

The product does what it is intended to do. The biggest annoyance is the scoop length did not change to fit in the new tub size. Sometimes it feels like this doesnt mix as good as it did in the past as well. I would still buy it overall though.

I use this everyday. After loading ... 10g x2 everyday for 7 days , approximately. I continue to use this at 5g -7g a day. I do not use the scoop that came with the supplement, I prefer to use a 1tsp measuring spoon. This seems to work better for me. This Creatine Mono. works great for me. The powder mixes great. Easy to add to breakfast foods like oatmeal and even cereal. Also easy to add to an after workout protein shake. I recommend this item. It mixes well and has almost no flavor. I will purchase again soon.
