Bought this to aid my fitness routine and Im seeing results. I did the recommended loading for 5 days at 20 g per day. The 2nd or 3rd day I got a case of the hot Hershey squirts which I ended with an imodium cap and all was well, maybe not even related to this. Doing 5 g daily and Im back on the trail to some muscle after a short break due to an injury. Also, I did not find the powder to be gritty, very fine grained and no detectable taste at all.

I have used this product for 3 days and my only problem is to dissolve it completely. It is almost impossible, does someone know how to do it please ?

This creatine works better than others I’ve tried I feel like. It’s also tasteless but it does NOT dissolve, like at all. You kinda just have to keep swirling it around as you drink it or down it super fast, which is annoying.
