> 24 hourLove this because of the quantity for the price and the ones I had before purchased at local grocer were so big and not capsule so I had s hard time swallowing and stopped taking them until I got these.

> 24 hourI ordered two bottles, 500 count each, of 1000mg L-Lysine. My order shipped quickly, and I am very pleased with the product. I wanted gluten-free, non-GMO capsules, and these are great! They are easy to swallow and are a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product and company.

> 24 hourThis is not a review for L-Lysine. If youre reading the reviews, I suspect youve done the necessary research on the health benefits of l-lysine supplementation. This is a review of Nutricost L-lysine: First, these are capsules, not tablets. That means they are easier to swallow and easier to digest. If were taking l-lysine, we want it to flood our system as quickly as possible. Capsules will release lysine much more rapidly than tablets. Second, this is absolutely, gram for gram, the least expensive brand of Lysine. Some products simply are, regardless of brand. L-Lysine simply is, regardless of brand. Its a large bottle and will last quite a while.

> 24 hourI have been taking L-lysine for many years to keep chronic shingles in check. The brand I previously used wasn’t working as well as in the past and it had a list of fillers. Chemicals I didn’t need or want. I tried two new brands and the first one worked well. I have been taking this brand about five days and the side of my face itches and hurts. The first sign that I’m about to get an outbreak. I guess the old adage “you get what you pay for” is definitely true, at least for supplements. These are going into the trash and I’m out $18.
