> 3 dayMoves a lot of air! sounds like a Piper Cub revving up to take off! thats okay though, its for my garage shop and Im usually wearing Bluetooth ear protectors any way. the fan oscillates but if you want to stop it from oscillating you have to disable it completely by removing a screw from one hole to another that will aim the fan straight ahead only, it does not provide for aiming the fan at any degree to either side, I had to use zip ties to keep it aimed to one side. otherwise it really cranks out the air!

> 3 dayThis is a strong, sturdy fan that puts out a lot of air for wherever you need it. However, they went cheap in one area -the pull string. Its plastic and mine broke right at the base on the very first pull. Im going to take it apart and hope that the average ceiling fan switch will work as a replacement. One other thing to note - the oscillating feature is not an easy toggle switch. You have to unscrew an arm and attach it to a different hole to turn oscillating on/off, so if thats a dealbreaker for you, dont buy this. Otherwise, its a good fan that puts out a lot of air.

> 3 dayA little flimsy, but for the price they work well. Three speeds are nice and it rotates well.

Greater than one weekWe put this fan on a fairly small deck. 10 x 16. It does move a lot of air. This fan is very, very loud. Even on low setting, it is quite loud. It is difficult to carry on a conversation while this fan is running. It would be a better fit for a considerably larger area where you could anchor it further from where people are. It would be great for a work area like a warehouse.

> 3 dayThis is a great fan for either your garage or shop especially in south Texas where its pretty much hot year round. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish it had the option to stop the oscillating when not wanted.
