> 3 dayWe purchased a few of these fans for our fire station bays. One of the fans has stopped working 4 months after purchase. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. The only response I received is that our 90 day warranty has expired, so, basically, we are out of luck.

Greater than one weekWe put this fan on a fairly small deck. 10 x 16. It does move a lot of air. This fan is very, very loud. Even on low setting, it is quite loud. It is difficult to carry on a conversation while this fan is running. It would be a better fit for a considerably larger area where you could anchor it further from where people are. It would be great for a work area like a warehouse.

> 3 dayThe first fan I received was damaged so badly from the motor not being packaged correctly that it bent everything else in the box. The replacement I received was in great shape and I was able to install it in the garage with no issues. 6 weeks go by and I am working in the garage and the first time turning the fan OFF the pull cord breaks inside of the motor housing and there is now no way to turn on/off the fan. I have been going through another warranty process and Great Neck is the seller of this. It is no longer available and they have failed to make it right even after several long waits in hold. Dont waste your money on anything OEM related, they are junk and the manf has terrible customer service.

> 3 dayYou cant position this fan but to one spot, dead center and you have to climb a ladder and remove a screw to do that! Absolutely worthless the only adjustment is tilt! POS! Sending it back is a waste of time buying and mounting it just to find out you cant adjust or turn off the oscillator and park the fan in the position you need!
