Filter cleans the air quite well of dust, particulates, & even some pollin. I like the washable and detachable part of the filter that gets all the big stuff out of the air before it enters the hepafilter.

2 things, take them out and just brush them off and they will give you more life, also they are hard to find and obtain, that said when i pulled mine out after 6 years they were full of dust and hair so clearly they are working

Ordered the correct size and these were sent which didnt fit at all! Sent them back!

Missing the front part of filter for the larger particles. Dosent look the same as what the unit arrived with.

The mother unit for this filter advertised HEPA. Now that we have ordered replacement filters, not the box nor the units say HEPA. My experience says that such a lack usually indicates a knock-off, or it just aint the real McCoy. Original attempt to review was quashed due to Comm Stds Vio - still dont know how, so I am trying to review again with less words.

Although I do wish the replacement filters for our air purifier were a bit cheaper, the process of changing our filter was so easy I had my 6 year old do it. There was a bit of confusion as we tried to figure out how to turn off the change filter indicator on our model, but that has nothing to do with the filter itself, haha.
