Missing the front part of filter for the larger particles. Dosent look the same as what the unit arrived with.

These fit as expected, are easy to install, but they are directional, so pay attention to that when installing. Perfect.

didn’t fit in my air purifier

When I bought the air purifier, there were 3 different types of filters that fit together. The replacement filter does not come with the charcoal one which filters odors. Quite expensive too when one considers that they are not long lasting.

It looks the same. It at least fits. It filters like trash. Idk whats up, but this filter isnt doing anything I get I currently have wildfire smoke here. The last filter I had though at least made it so I didnt smell a bathroom dump in my room. Plus I couldnt smell any smoke with it. What gives? I want a refund. Im not joking

AFTER PAYING ALL THIS MONEY FOR THIS PRODUCT IM UNABLE TO BUY THE REPLACEMENT FILTERS FOR IT. NOW I HAVE YOUR AIR CLEANER THAT IS USELESS TO ME. IT SAYS THE OKAYSOU AIRMAX 8L FILTER TRUE HEPA IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHAT AM I SUPPOST TO DO WITH THIS THING??????? WITHOUT THIS FILTER?? I WOULD LIKE A REPLY ASAP. I HAVE COPD AND NEED THIS FOR MY BREATHING. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. IM OUT OVER A 100.00 DOLLARS PLUS NOW.

This brand of air cleaner has done a great job so far and my filter lasted around 7 months with it running almost non stop.

Works perfectly

Not much to say about a filter that works, other than it does work. Main filter needs cleaning and it us best to have a backup while this dries. Price is reasonable and I am happy with the performance. I use this in a house that gets shut down 1/2 the year. The air is much cleaner when we reopen for the summer. Gone is the dead air and mildew smell.
