> 24 hourLove that it detects drops. Mine handily cleans over a slight drop (half a step) without tumbling over. Solid little cleaner. But like others, this is a 1st generation mopper and its fine but not amazing. It will do very lightly dirtied floors but if it hits a fresh or larger stain it will smear it more than not and youll have to manually mop anyway. But that does not affect my rating because a) the floor mop tech is in its infancy. b) the price here is really good and c) it does a great job on my kitchen floor. Really picks up dog hair and other tiny things that i cant even see. Im always amazed when i open the container and find it full. Very impressive.

> 24 hourThis was a Christmas gift for my mother. She has hard floors and 3 dogs (so a lot of hair and dirt). She tells me she loves it and it has made clean up easier and less frequent. She hasnt complained about the noise level, but I havent asked so I only gave it 4 stars. Also the 4 star for the remote control is because she said that it does not return to the base. However that may be user error.

> 24 hourWe only paid $119, as I remember, for it, since Rhumbas start at more than twice the price and can go way over that, sometimes $800 or more. My wife loves it. It cleans better than our much older Rhumba, is quieter, and can be controlled remotely from the app on your phone. When needing a charge, it docks very easily.

> 24 hourA robo vac needs to be automatic with very little monitoring. This is not. I tried to use this in 3 large rooms, it simply cant finish the cleaning. It often has difficulty finding the base as the battery gets low. The algorithm for cleaning seems to favor going to the outside walls. I was probably asking too much of this product. I was trying to use it for 3 large rooms. It just simply cant handle that square footage before running out of battery (and its a brand new battery). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subsequent to submitting this review the merchant has contacted me 4 times. They are offering to pay me to remove my review (in broken English). I am tired of merchants selling mediocre to poor products and begging people (and paying them) to remove the reviews. So yes, you cannot trust this merchant. They are The claim is up to 100 minute - with the key words being up to. Im getting about 1/2 that and it quickly discharges to about 14% and then goes aimlessly searching for the base. The APP is rated 2.5 stars in the playstore - I give it about 1. I have several smart devices and its uneccesarily confusing and complicated. To use it with Alexa, I needed to search for the App in Smart Life which disconnects it from being displayed in the native app. You can still access it in the native app but only through Smart Life. The vacuum actually cleans well, it just didnt clean everywhere. It doesnt do it automatically. I have an older first generation iRobot that I use in our bedroom.

> 24 hourNew Review: I accidentally unpaired the robot from the OKP app. Now its not re-pairing and keeps getting stuck at 85% before it asks me to try again. It gets lost pretty often in my large house and someone always has to go find it. Overall, 3 stars for the initial wow and the one-year meh feelings. Original Review: Let me preface this review by saying, I’m a pretty tech-savvy/intuitive person who doesn’t like to read manuals. With that said, I couldn’t figure out how to get the app to work the first night I used it, so I used the remote control the vacuum came with. Day 2, I sat down and skimmed the manual. Many tries later, the devices finally connected. I have a large house with some stair drops and uneven tiled flooring. The vacuum definitely cleans better on floor than on carpet, despite the product claiming to be better for carpet. My normal vacuum cannot get all the way under the bed, and this one can, but I don’t see too much of a difference between before and after “KC” the K3 made their way through. As for the stair drops, it detects large drops, but not small ones (5+ in vs 2-3 in) and frequently falls down the small stairs before beeping for help. Overall, I give it 3.5 stars. It does the job well enough but there’s definitely room for improvement. Speaking of which, it always vacuums over the same spots over and over…

> 24 hourDont let the broken English in the item description scare you... so far, with over 30 days (updated) of daily use, this thing is an epic win! I do not use the app and it is unnecessary so far. The remote control does it all. I have tile floors and a dog that sheds short hair. This robot vacuum has been surprisingly smart and efficient. My girlfriend doesnt like the noise so we hit the auto-clean feature when we step out. It does its thing and parks when low on battery. It got caught on drapes and cords one time, so we put those out of the way. It doesnt map out the room, rather does a somewhat row by row and wall hugger pattern. Very easy to empty basket and always amazed what it picks up. I dont have stairs or rugs and havent used the seemingly rather useless mop feature... but I absolutely love this thing so far. No app or wifi needed. Plug in, charge it and let it do its thing.

> 24 hourI use this in my office alone and it works great there. I need to remember to get all cables or of the way because if there is a cable within reach, this little guy will get caught up in it. I love the schedule option. I run it daily for about 25 minutes and have it park itself. The app interface is a little challenging to get used to. Im amazed at all of the debris it finds though. For this being our first and only robot, Im impressed.

> 24 hourThis robot vacuum cleans great, but it has a hard time returning to the charging base when it is done vacuuming. Three out of four times it cannot find it way back to the base. I will find it somewhere in the house out of batteries. Also, it will start up automatically at random times. Like the middle of the night. I am trying to get in touch with the manufacturer now to try to resolve these two issues. Other than those two issues, it works great. Under my bed and dresser have never been so clean.
