> 3 dayI bought the vacuum because of the price and the reviews a little under a year ago. It did pretty well especially given the price and overall I was very impressed. It was my first actual robot vacuum and it seemed to do the trick just fine for what I used it to do. Anyway, I went away for about six months to school out of town and came back to use it. The vacuum power button flashed red and beeped at me, which indicated a charging/battery problem. Since then I’ve contacted customer service through the phone, and they recommended I email them. I did so, and it took them almost a month to get back to me which is fine because I took a bit to respond. They asked me for the serial number and things of that nature which is also okay. The problem arose when they asked for my order number, which I can’t seem to find since I bought this thing back in early 2021. I notified them of this and they said it was required. So what I did was I bought another one of these vacuums and provided this new order number. They sent me an email yesterday asking me to open up the vacuum and check the motherboard. For the normal consumer this would probably be daunting and I’m confused as to why they’d ask this of me. However I did as they asked because I do like to get hands on with these type of things. There seems to be nothing wrong with the motherboard, however I noticed a serious design flaw. On this style of vacuum, it has been copied by numerous brands. Most of them actually have an easy to open compartment where you can pop out the old battery and replace it. The OKP however, does NOT. The only way you can access the battery is by taking the whole top off, disconnecting all the wiring connected to the motherboard, and pulling off the motherboard itself. That’s a huge hassle that could’ve been EASILY avoided by just putting in a battery compartment that the consumer can access. Overall I liked the vacuum and for the price it was great, until it wasn’t. I think I’ll try getting one elsewhere by a more well known brand next time.

> 3 dayI run this vacuum multiple times a week. I absolutely love that I can essentially vacuum every day if I wanted to and also sit on the couch. I got this on sale so look for a great discount. It does get stuck from time to time but overall I think all my loved ones should buy this

> 3 dayOverall, I really like this vacuum. The adjustable speed allows me to run it at a lower suction on my hardwood floors, increasing the length of cleaning cycles. It has a great battery life, cleaning for nearly 2 hours on a single charge! And it is far cheaper than most other robot vacuums I looked at. Additionally, the app is super responsive. If you click a button in the OKP Life app, the robot vacuum responds nearly instantaneously. (I have not noticed a difference in response times when using the app vs the remote.) My only complaint is that it is REALLY bad at docking (returning to home). At the end of a cleaning cycle, I have literally seen it wander around for 30+ minutes looking for its docking station. Just today, I watched it try to dock for about 20 minutes. (I was folding laundry and decided to just watch it try and fail to return to the charging base.) Seemingly it requires a direct line of sight to the base in order to dock. Thats already annoying, but worse yet, when approaching from the side, it tries to swing out before docking. Today, I was running it on my third floor/story, with the docking station directly across from the stairwell. It repeatedly rammed itself into the banister as it approached the docking station due to that swing-out behavior. If it wasnt for the fact that it takes forever for the vacuum to find its way home, I would give this a 5/5. Alas, that is super inconvenient, so I have to drop a star.

> 3 dayWas skeptical because of the price point but this thing really works. I have twin 2y/o and a dog, plus a back injury so this was an important purchase.

> 3 dayI was so excited to get the OKP robot vacuum cleaner. Once unboxed I connected it to my phone. Since our internet is 5G I had to purchase a wifi booster to accept 2.4G. Once connected to that, set up was easy and everyone will have a learning curve when it comes to the remote. I love it and we named her Hazel

Greater than one weekThis thing is amazing! Ive got 4 kids, 3 cats, and a beagle. Cleaning our wood floors is one of my least favorite things. This little miracle is cleaning my kitchen after the dinner rush as I sit on my butt ant type this..... Now that Im done with the basic, yay robot vacuum, lets talk about this particular vacuum. This one fits under our couch. Anywhere it doesnt fit, it will go around and get as close as possible to sweep the area (from all sides!!) Then continue on its path. It somehow finds its way back to the station to charge on its own. It does a REALLY good job with hair and dirt. It would probably terrorize my sons Lego collection so hes rushing to clean his room out of fear while Gerald (our vacuum) slowly makes his way towards the door because hes already done cleaning my kitchen. Now Im still sitting on my butt and everyone is frantic because our cold unloving robot vacuum is coming for their precious toys. My husband picked up his shoes out of fear for his laces. This is probably the most peaceful night Ive had in months. Raising my cup of decaf up to cheers over the wonderful new year Im about to have with Gerald (the vacuum).

> 3 dayI havent programmed it all the way yet, but I use it all the time. I thought there was an issue with the charger because it wasnt turning back on. I tried various things until realizing you always turn it on and off again... and it was fine! So like all tech, if it doesnt want to do its job, flip that switch and itll go. It picks up all kinds of things. Even managed to consume a battery that fell under the couch... I have a doberman that sheds dunes of dander and this is a lifesaver.

> 3 dayI cant figure out how to get this vacuum to stay on track as it has a mind of its own. It seems to be patterned oriented and wont let you redirect it easily to a high traffic area. It will continually go over and over the same area. Its OK. It does have an easy to empty dirt bin and easy to clean filter.
