Omni 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Carry-On 20-Inch, Midnight Black

There is no direction book for the mid size Omni2 that was offered on Prime Day. The suitcase is locked and the code set at 0 0 0. It will not open and if it did I wouldn’t know how to set a new code. Can somebody please help?

While I’m really glad we bought these, I’m disappointed at the structure strength. We haven’t had any problems yet but it sure doesn’t feel like the suitcase could come through airline handling without sustaining some major dents. We’ll see.

Lasted 3 trips before one wheel broke off the largest luggage at the beginning of our third trip. Such a shame because everything was great up until that point.

The description says

What I didnt like about the product was the way the clothing was strapped in. it was an elastic band that was not adjustable so when you open the suitcase your stuff fell out

Suitcase is easy to move and get in and out of the car. Packing is easy is you plan ahead what will be packed on each side. It takes up more room when open than a soft side with a lid on one side

I purchased this large light luggage from Samsonite for a trip from the U.S. to Asia. The plastic case is very thin so it should only include clothing and light weight objects. Unfortunately, on my very first trip, the lock already is not working and I will have the inconvenience of having to take it for repair after just one use! I regret having purchased this item and in future will buy my luggage from Tumi which is much stronger and far more reliable.

My two daughters chose this purple color , therefore I would like another one. Please let me know if this is possible.
