With the expansion it holds a lot of clothing. Seems durable, I worry about the casters a bit. All in all a good unit for the price.

Have to return the suitcase because there are no TSA locks just zippers. The description claims that there is a TSA lock but there is none. You have to buy your own. Now I have to waste time and money returning it.

First trip and one of the wheels on the smallest case comes apart. Other than that, set held up up great

Lock broke after one flight. Wouldn’t recommend. We bought them, took our trip and 30 days was over, so no option to return.

I understand that at this price point I was not buying the top of the line but I expected to be able to get more than one use. I was not over packed, the connections were not overly strained, they simply were not well constructed and normal tension pulled the glued piece loose. While it is still usable, it wasnt free and I should not be expected to make do the second time I use this carry-on.

I had high hopes for the Samsonite Omni 2 Hardside carry on suitcase, but unfortunately it didnt live up to my expectations. The suitcase felt pretty cheaply built and not very durable. The unevenly distributed weight made it really easy to tip over, and the stiff handle added to the overall dimensions, which was important to me when I had to prove it fit on a plane by shoving it into one of the metal measurement cages. It was also disappointing that the carry on size didnt have the TSA lock built into the zipper.

Unfortunately, due to Amazons, poor packaging, the luggage has been shipped to me damaged and it is too late to order another one in time for my vacation. I am so disappointed with Amazon not only with the poor packaging, but the way they lead me on and lied about the shipping times was horrific. Would like to order this luggage from another site. Don’t want to deal with Amazon especially because of their unprofessional, rude, and knowledgeable, cunning, lying employees working for them, and the delivery timing horrific, especially being a prime customer.

I have purchased a Samsonite Omni 2 through the Amazon website. Further down on the Amazon page, there is a description about the product with the title Get to Know Omni 2. One of the items highlighted in this part is that the luggage has TSA Lock. I wasnt sure which luggage to purchase, and this information helped me on my decision because I really wanted a luggage with TSA Lock. When I received the product, it was a huge surprise it doesnt come with the lock!!! Im very, very disappointed because the information on the Amazon page was very misleading. Now I dont know what to do with this luggage because it doesnt have one the items that were MUST-HAVE for me.
