This product is very well made, easy to adjust and extends to fit your device wide or narrow. Doing the adjustments is a bit fiddly but otherwise a great product. Definitely would recommend it.

Purchased to hold a 2013 MacBook Pro. This is built like a tank. A substantial piece of metal for the price. Computer sits in this and I have no worries about it falling over. Clamps it down nice and sturdy, but also easy to remove to get top the power switch on the computer if I need to. Would purchase again. Great value.

At the tightest adjustment possible the space is 1/2 inch. The thickness of my laptop is 1/4 inch. This resulted in my laptop being loose and not properly secured when placed on the stand.

Had a little trouble getting it adjusted to my ipad air but when i finally got it adjusted correctly it works great. Using this takes up less area on my desk. Plus it is heavy enough so computer does not fall over.

I got this today from Amazon and I saw the plain box and I was like oh here we go this thing is probably going to have to get returned. But let me tell you, dont judge a box by the cover. This thing is SOLID and STURDY. It comes with an Alan Wrench to adjust the aperture to fit your laptop. When you flip it over there are 4 bolts to adjust and secure it completely. There are silicone pads on the inside where the laptop is held, and on the bottom. There is NO WAY this thing will scratch your desk or laptop, even the corners are rounded and smooth on the metal parts. I used it on a Razer Blade 15 and it fits perfectly without even adjusting it. I can feel within minutes the laptop is already running cooler and quieter and I have a TON more desk space. This works so well I am going to order a couple more. Great Product! For this price, stop reading and just order it.
