Holy crap are these things heavy and tough. I mounted them to the bottoms of some 12RU 19-inch galvanized racks I inherited to make them easier to move around my home office, and man are they sturdy. Very pleased.

You cannot mix and match 3 swivel and locking casters. The diagrams say they are both 4 tall, but the locking casters are 4.25.

I used these on a lumber cart I built. They move very well on the garage floor and make the heavy, awkward cart easy to move.

I had an older craftsman box that was on the ground at our shop. I wanted to turn it into a moveable cart, and these fit the bill. Small enough not to raise the height too far, but durable enough to last in a shop.

I have used these on a large woodshop assembly table. Lock (wheel and rotation) works very well. Excellent quality at modest price. Update (6/23/18): I have purchased three sets of these over time for different cabinets in my shop.The casters roll easily on a cement floor and the locking mechanism is very effective.

Came very quickly without issue. These look well built and sturdy. The locking mechanism seems to work well, locking the entire wheel from rotating. Well see how these last over time, but my initial reaction is these were a great deal. Buy from the big box store would have cost me an additional $12 for the set, so I would definitely recommend these.
