This plexiglass is really clear and scratch resistant. I used it to build a computer desk so the scratch resistance was really important. The size listed is accurate to what I received, it fit perfectly into the desk I had cut and I was glad to see that it wasnt a guestimation estimate. The plexiglass itself is crystal clear and is great for drawing on with chalk markers. I built the desk with this plexiglass as an art desk that my girlfriend could use to make lists or just draw designs for fun. The plexiglass makes it easy to draw on, as well as erase from. I didnt attempt to cut into the plexiglass so I cant say how easy that would be, but as long as you keep the paper sheet on top to prevent excess scratching Im sure it would be fine. I have had the desk built for a little over three months now and I havent seen a single scratch on the plexiglass even with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor sitting on it being moved around daily. This plexiglass is great for home projects, Ill probably think of some more projects just so I can buy and use some more.

Space is precious in our apartment, and I have my computer desk exactly fitting the bay window in our bedroom. The only place to add more desktop space was in the front. This Acrylic Plexiglass came extremely protected and well-wrapped. I placed it on top of my mahogany desk and beneath the computer and other devices. As you can see by the cyan-colored arrows, it projects out four inches. It is exceptionally sturdy.
