Online Plastic Supply Acrylic Plexiglass Sheet 1/4 x 24 x 36 - Clear

I purchased this a couple of years ago to use as a protective but see-through cover for the flat, slotted top of my fire pit table. I got one just big enough to cover the center, where the hidden propane wand and glass rocks reside. Its the perfect solution to keep moisture from seeping down inside! When just using it as a table (no fire) it provides a decorative smooth surface without hiding the surface of the table. After two hot SoCal summers, and lots of spills, the Plexiglass is still perfectly flat and clear. It doesnt even scratch! Hint: I learned that using a spray polish (like Pledge) is the preferred cleaning method for this material. Works great!

This plexiglass is really clear and scratch resistant. I used it to build a computer desk so the scratch resistance was really important. The size listed is accurate to what I received, it fit perfectly into the desk I had cut and I was glad to see that it wasnt a guestimation estimate. The plexiglass itself is crystal clear and is great for drawing on with chalk markers. I built the desk with this plexiglass as an art desk that my girlfriend could use to make lists or just draw designs for fun. The plexiglass makes it easy to draw on, as well as erase from. I didnt attempt to cut into the plexiglass so I cant say how easy that would be, but as long as you keep the paper sheet on top to prevent excess scratching Im sure it would be fine. I have had the desk built for a little over three months now and I havent seen a single scratch on the plexiglass even with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor sitting on it being moved around daily. This plexiglass is great for home projects, Ill probably think of some more projects just so I can buy and use some more.

Pefect for what I needed. Used it for the door of my bearded dragons new terrarium. They even cut it for me free of charge. Great quality, cheaper than store prices, and cut to order. Very pleased.

Rwally like this acrylic. I was buying the acrylic with the plastic protective cover. This paper covered cut clean on a table and chop saw. If you heat the paper slightly with a hair dryer or even lay it on a warming plate, the paper peals right off. Much easier than pealing the plastic covering.
