I bought this life vest because of the reviews figured I could not go wrong. Wrong for me. NOT USCG Approved. Felt like the foam in it was upholstery foam, I would be afraid to use it. Sending it back.

I am 66 tall and needed a vest I could use on my SUP as a kayak vest. This one really meets all of my needs. I got the one with the pocket and whistle. I dont need the whistle but the extra pocket is good for a small waterproof container for car keys and fob. I would recommend this vest or the one without the pocket if you dont need it. Five stars all around!

Vest is lightweight and very comfortable. Easy to get on and off. Straps dont get in the way and can be loosened or tightened sending on your size. I normally wear medium womens and purchased the xs/s. Fits great.

I purchased this vest for stand up paddleboarding and some kayaking. It was very bulky in the front - more than I anticipated. And really bulky in the sides too. When mimicking arm motions that Id do while on my SUP I was rubbing my arms against the sides and felt like I had to hold my arms awkwardly. This may be fine for some, and probably is fine for a kayak since arm motion is different. But it wasnt an ideal fit for me. I typically wear a Ws Medium. I purchased the M/L in case my husband also needed to use it. I definitely needed a smaller size. A Small may have reduced bulk, but it still was bulkier all around than anticipated.

This is a great vest. I use this for Kayaking in my fishing kayak. I have worn it a few times since it was purchased and I have found it to be extremely comfortable in all locations. I often forget I have it on. Some people complain about it being too large in the chest but I did not find that to be the case. I am still able to tie my fishing lures on and I am still able to land fish with ease. The whistle is also nice to have that way I do not have to pack a separate one. Overall this is a great vest for paddle sports.
