> 3 dayI really like this however, even after reading the reviews and recommendations I chose the smaller size (which is actually the smallest) and I have it as tight as it will go and it is pushing the limit of being too big. I am 5’10” 150 lbs, athletic frame. I may return and hope o can find something that fits better
