Not a big deal since I can use my cell power cord to connect to the USB. Toothbrush just arrived & everything seems to be in working order. The various modes do light up but I discovered this by experimenting since it is not in the instructions. It defaults to the white mode. If you want one of the other modes you must turn the power off, AND, the intensity must be at one (1) light. Hard to explain, but just fool around with it before giving up. I gave 4 stars because of the instructions. Now, off to brush my fangs.

Everyone must have this toothbrush! It’s very easy to clean the back teeth using this brush. It’s very quiet also affordable. Love it!

This usb charged electric toothbrush is awesome. It’s powerful. It was a little odd using it the first 2-3 times. Now after a few weeks I’m used to it. After using it I have the same feeling in my mouth like after visiting the dentist. I’m so happy with this purchase. Can’t wait for my next actual dentist checkup.

I have purchased my share of electronic toothbrushes over the years, ranging in price from ultra cheap ($10/$20) to close to a hundred. For a brush on the lower cost side, this is hands down one of the best I have used and for the number of features and replacement brush heads included, cant be beat. There is something to be said about being able to go from a cleaning style of pulse to then massage my gums and then finish off with a polish all with the same brush. I teeth feel cleaner than when I hit the dentist and I couldnt be happier.
