Not a big deal since I can use my cell power cord to connect to the USB. Toothbrush just arrived & everything seems to be in working order. The various modes do light up but I discovered this by experimenting since it is not in the instructions. It defaults to the white mode. If you want one of the other modes you must turn the power off, AND, the intensity must be at one (1) light. Hard to explain, but just fool around with it before giving up. I gave 4 stars because of the instructions. Now, off to brush my fangs.

Ive been using higher end electric toothbrushes for a while now because I developed dry mouth and had to up my oral hygiene game. Theyve all cleaned my teeth well but this one is the quietest and smoothest running one Ive ever owned. The base/charger is very helpful, it came with several heads, and so well packaged it would actually make a decent gift. It could have used a pick for the gums and it charges via USB C but doesnt come with a block, however, at this price point, its a bargain to be sure.

I bought this to replace an old Oral-B electronic travel toothbrush that was no longer holding a charge. Im very impressed with this toothbrush. The charge lasts a couple of weeks, and thats with two people using it. The different brush modes are useful too. And that it comes with several replacement heads feels like a great bonus. Its lightweight and easily stowed in luggage. Id buy this again, but I have two things I would wish for, one being that it could charge directly from its case, just so there would be one less thing to carry, and the other is that sometimes the case is a little hard to open (although thats better than it opening too easily!). Neither of those things prevents me from thinking this is a great toothbrush though!

There really is nothing negative I can say about this electric toothbrush! It works just as good or better than my old sonicare, but at a fraction of the cost. Plus, it comes with so many different toothbrush heads. BONUS!!!

Upon buying this tooth brush, I had low expectations due to the price, thankfully however, this product shattered those expectations. First off, the brush had alot of power and I found my teeth to be much cleaner than just using a manual brush. The next thing I was fond if were the numerous modes and intensities which were a nice touch. Finally, my favorite part of this brush were the 8 replacement brushes that were included, making this a cheaper product long term. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and will order again.

I think its a great toothbrush. I generally use a medium bristle toothbrush but this soft bristle toothbrush does the job. I like the different settings. We liked it so much we ordered more for other family members. Get one you wont regret it.

I like that there is a travel case it makes it convenient when on the go and the different intensities to choose from feels like a fresh mouth every time.

Great brush, the modes and speed control are a nice feature, the brush itself is actually pretty good quality, it has not deteriorated yet 2 months in and once it finally does (which appears to not be anytime soon, the product ships with many more replacement heads. That alone is worth the purchase. I am very pleased with the brush and look forward to brushing every night/morning.
