Appear to be OEM brushes. Expensive to be sure. Not great value. But the Oral-B system for all its faults cleans my teeth the best. It really does.

Im glad I was able to fund replacement brushes for Oral B IO toothbrush. The brushes fits & works well.

Brush head is exactly the same as one of the two included with the toothbrush (mine came with two slightly different heads and I preferred this one). I shopped around and couldn’t find a better price, even at the big membership warehouse.
