Original Matte Loose Mineral Foundation Broad Specrum SPF 15

You get what you pay for…. But you’ll pay less here than Sephora or Ulta. This is a lovely, protective, light foundation. I typically blend with a bronzer from Bare Minerals in the summer. It’s a very sheer, light cover so not suited for high glam.

Love this product! Covers well without feeling heavy. Lasts all day. Doesn’t make my skin break out.

Great for sensitive skin. The coverage can be light depending on which brush you use, but all around a good product.

I live 1.5 hrs from a retailer for this product so I was happy to see that I could purchase it on amazon. I always use Bare Minerals Matte in Fairly Light. The first time I used the powder, I noticed it didnt go on the brush the same, then when I applied it to my face, it made my skin orange! It didnt cover any blemishes or red skin as the true product does either. I didnt use it again. Yesterday I made the drive to Sephora to pick up the real deal then compared the 2. Many small differences with the container/label, mostly with the color. Who knows what kind of toxic chemicals might be in the powder?! Complete garbage. Returned it. I notice that the price has dropped, I paid $26.49 when I bought it, if it were only $17 at the time of purchase, that may have clued me in that its not the true product!

I love bareMinerals because it hides the small imperfections, yet looks like I am not wearing makeup. This product is not for you if you want OVERALL coverage that looks like you have makeup on. This does not coverup blemishes, but perhaps the spots after the blemish. You do not need much and I think, without using primer, it lasts throughout the day. Please note that this is a matte version. I like this better than the regular because I think it helps control the look of shine. I have been using this product for two years now and do not see myself switching anytime soon.

I love Bare Minerals, but I was disappointed with the buying experience through Amazon. I love ordering almost everything on Amazon, but this is an exception. the product arrived without its bare minerals box, without the identifying stickers, and looked a bit old. I was not comfortable with the buying experience at all, and seriously doubted the authenticity of the product. I did, however, use the product, and it seemed to be bare minerals, so in the end it worked out okay. The whole experience was just a bit sketchy though, so I have resumed buying my bare minerals at the brick and mortar makeup stores.

Bare Minerals Matte SPF15 Foundation is a good product for anyone but especially for ladies with wrinkles. You dont want make-up that builds up in the wrinkles!! I love Bare Minerals for that reason. It gives a natural look.

I bought this product because I was tired of trying to cover age spots with heavy cream foundation. I am so pleased with how well Bare Minerals works. The dark areas are minimized and my skin appears much more even and smooth. Great product! Also very happy with the sifter packaging.
