Original Matte Loose Mineral Foundation Broad Specrum SPF 15

Bare Minerals Matte is so much better then the normal ones. It gives you flawless, perfect skin without you looking shiny or oily. Even tho i do have a nice skin as is, I just have re areas that i wish to cover, so with this foundation combined with the anti-oil primer, it was perfect for me. Anyhow i do not recommend this product if you have uneven skin,wrinkles, scars or blemishes, then it will NOT give you an good result, that is my opinion. I do have friends and family that uses this foundation for uneven skin and they are happy with it, so maybe you will just have to try and see if it will help for you.

I like this product. It is hard to choose between the original Bare Minerals and this Matte, but I think I will stay with the matte for a couple reasons: 1. I love the Matte finish. The Original leaves a bit of shimmer which is fine, but I like the airbrushed look better. 2. Personally, my skin seems smoother, maybe because there is no Bismuth Oxychloride in this formula. What I dont like is that it seems to go on much darker, so when I ordered it in my normal color I was a little disappointed. It also is a smaller amount than the original, and more pricey. Which bites. All that said, I like the feel and look of the product, the coverage is very good, and looks extremely natural.

If you have pale skin like me, this is the shade you want to use. It SEEMS dark, but it really doesnt look so dark on your skin unless youre applying it incorrectly. I use the Bare Escentuals brushes, but its not required for proper application. A slightly smaller pot than this lasted almost 3 months. Ill definitely be purchasing this again.

I got hooked on BareMinerals a couple of years ago and it has been fantastic since it lets my skin breath while I am wearing it. After a while I did try to replace it with a drugstore brand but the quality wasnt so good and my skin suffered from it. The package arrived pretty quickly so that was nice. The price was cheaper than Sephora site and I dont really have any quality makeup stores around me so I ordered it but since it wasnt a super saver shipper item the price was about the same (Im not sure if Sephora charges for shipping). Great product and stays on nicely all day.

This powder is just ok, it is a little more orange than I would like and doesnt have great coverage to it.

I have used this makeup for years. I love how it goes on and how light it feels on my skin. Other makeup seems to be heavier with the same coverage. I wish it would stay a little better. I have troubled skin and it has definitely gotten better, I rarely have breakouts anymore and when I have spots, the coverage is sufficient.

I really like Bare Minerals. It is very flattering and light. I didnt think it would cover anything when I first bought it. I would go to Ulta or a similar place that sells this and learn how to apply. I have used this product for about 3 years. Havent found anything I like better.

This is my go-to foundation, and Ive been using bareMinerals for over 10 years. Easy to apply (I use a kabuki brush to apply). Lasts all day for me. My skin is oily, and the MATTE helps control oil very well. It makes my skin feel soft and look flawless. My skin is also acne prone, and this foundation helps cover up scars easily. I do make sure to keep my kabuki brush clean, though. I wash it with soap and warm water every couple of weeks. This foundation is very easy to apply, just sift a bit of powder into the cap and swirl the kabuki brush into the powder and then buff your skin with the brush. I find that the more evenly I buff my skin with the brush and powder, the better it looks and feels.
