> 3 dayThis is a nice set of plated lugs for 8 AWG up to 2 AWG wires. It has four wire sizes, each with four different mounting stud sizes. The hole size and AWG are stamped on the lug, a little lightly on some, but still readable. This should cover every size you might need around the house, and save you a trip to the local hardware store, which may not have all these different sizes. They seem to be thick and good quality, the 4 AWG lugs are 0.016” thicker than some T&B lugs I have. The ends of the barrels are closed. There is no inspection hole to verify a wire is fully inserted, which is a requirement on my job. You will need a crimper made for these lug sizes to crimp them properly. The case is not very sturdy, but does keep them separated, and has a label with the sizes and locations on the top.

> 3 dayThis is a kit that you may never need, but if you do it is a very good value. Unless you work in the automotive or the electrical field you might need this kit once or twice but if you do you can rest assured that the size connectors or lugs you need are in this kit. It contains 8 - 6 - 4 - 2AWG lugs with both 5/16 and ⅜ bolt holes. The best part is that the kit also has the red and black shrink tubbing. A while back I had to replace a couple heavy gage wires under a travel trailer and was unable to find the correct size lug or the red shrink tubbing. I wish I had this kit then.

Greater than one weekThis is a great way to have large terminal ends in bulk for cheap. It is a great set with a good variety of common sizes and includes the heat shrink tubing. I really like this set.

> 3 dayThere is lots to like about this set of heavy duty terminal lugs. As an electrical engineer, I have projects ranging from audio amplifiers, large speaker systems with thick cables, to ham radio projects with high current 12 volt terminations, and many antenna and grounding systems. I constantly need heavy terminals like these.

> 3 dayThe three different size lugs I’ve used so far work well. Crimp tightly with my cable crimper and hold well. Work as specified . . . likely could solder if desired.

> 3 dayNice kit of electrical lugs for electrical work and battery cables, wish the kit had more larger cable lugs instead of all the small ones that are in the kit that probably wont get used. The larger ones will get used pretty fast as we build a lot of battery cables for classic cars. Price point is fair, but again, wish it had a better selection of larger lugs.

> 3 dayGood assortment of lugs and they are well made. The heat shrink tubing that comes with the kit is decent quality and no issues when using it. Overall very happy for the price point.

20-11-2024TLDR; These are on par, if not a heavier-duty lug than I get from my local supply house. Big thumbs up!
